Serge Benhayon – the Practitioner

Gabriele Conrad on Serge Benhayon the practitioner
by Gabriele Conrad, Goonellabah, Australia

I had my first session with Serge back in 2004 and the difference Esoteric Healing and Serge have made in my life is monumental, to say the very least. In fact, it could well and truly be said that the person I was before my first session is nothing at all like the person I am now and likewise, that my life before the first session with Serge bears scant resemblance to my life now.
I had heard about Serge through a couple of clients of mine and had dismissed the possibility of going down that path (placing my wellbeing into the hands of another) outright; as far as I was concerned, there was nothing and nobody out there to support me with what it was that I needed in order to –
  • heal rather than just cure my right shoulder
  • take away my feelings of uselessness, sadness and futility
  • put an end to my depression and suicidal ideations (they were so much a part of me that I nearly didn’t mention it to Serge)
  • reinvigorate my working life
  • stop the nightly panic attacks (I didn’t mention them because I thought there was nothing that could be done).
And there were other factors that I didn’t even remember to mention to Serge as I had learnt to accept them as ‘normal’ and had no idea or hope whatsoever that it could be different, things like:
  • low levels of energy
  • continually being bloated
  • wanting to be left alone
  • hide from the world and people
  • living in a way that was very taxing on my physical body
  • feeling miserable most of the time.
After my first session with Serge Benhayon I used to have monthly sessions with him when it was still possible to get in relatively easily and without a month-long if not yearlong waiting list. I enjoyed them immensely and loved the early morning drives up the hill to Goonellabah. The sessions were always a mixture of talking about how I felt, any questions I might have and then the hands-on healing part itself. At times the latter felt like microsurgery into the depth of my being and I would marvel at the precision and delicateness of his unimposing touch and way to move around the table.

Sometimes Serge said things that didn’t fit into how I had constructed my view of the world, people and events and I remember explaining how I saw it. There was never any opposition or defence, never a need to convince or get me to side with anything at all, never an investment in me being this way or another, not even in getting better.
What always stood out for me about Serge Benhayon is the fact that he has no charisma at all, none whatsoever. And that means that I was in the presence of somebody who didn’t need to dazzle, impress, convince, win me over or cajole. He was and is totally his own person without ever imposing anything on anyone and that is a huge part of his amazingness as a practitioner and human being.
As a client, you experience what you experience and you are left to your own devices, conclusions and judgments. Should you decide to voice them, you are met in total equalness and from a point of deeply held stillness and inner connection that doesn’t need you to be anything other than what you already are.

Serge treats and talks to the part in us that is untouched and untarnished by life’s events and our accumulated hurts and disappointments, the part in every human being that is equally as present and available in every man, woman and child on earth.

Serge practises and lives divinity in action and that is how his treatments and presentations feel – an exchange between one who has claimed and lives this divinity and another who might be open to it (or not, it doesn’t make any difference to Serge) or is already on their way to claim this equal birthright in and for themselves, by their own free will and totally at their own pace.

For Serge Benhayon, a client’s healing path is never about outcomes, it is always about the person and their relationship with their divinity, one that they are free to accept or reject, free to pursue or drop.

And the hands-on healing sessions were not my only experience of Serge Benhayon the practitioner. There have been countless chats before or after workshops and other Universal Medicine presentations as well as many emails and readings. Serge is always available to support, always listens with all of him and in total presence and he always fully meets me in my essence. And the difference this has made to me is nothing short of a miracle.

Gabrielle, it is amazing how we can live with and walk around with a range of ailments or conditions or dis-eases and consider them to be so 'normal'. Deep within we know that this is not normal but we end up burying that knowing - we burry it after we try and try and try again to find a way to change our lives to no avail. To talk about these things is a healing in itself, and to be able to see someone like Serge and share such things with him is a blessing beyond what most of us could ever imagine. Thank you Gabrielle for your sharing.

Yes so often people say 'I'm fine' or 'No, no real issues' and then in conversations the truth or the list of ailments come out. We are living so far from 'fine' at the moment that we need to get much more real about what is going on for us all. This is what I am finding so inspiring about Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine is that they are showing us how to do that without getting bogged down in it all.

It is really interesting, on reflection, after reading these comments, in realising how so many of us say we are 'fine' and do not feel we can express what is going on for us, or, not want to see it is how we live that affects our health e.g .. holding onto hurts, anger, bitterness, resentment, not living our true potential, not loving all that we can .. the list goes on. Why have we moved so far away from a true state of health of vitality and joy? It wasn't until after I met Serge Benhayon and heard the sensible questions he was asking all to ponder on, in how we live and the state of our health e.g illness and dis-ease going through the roof, new dis-eases no one has heard of emerging, the coffee consumption rocketing to an all time high; that it allowed me to step back and really see what is truly going on in the world. There is much to be honest about, address and heal and again it wasn't until I met Serge Benhayon that for once in my life I could see that is we are honest, willing to be open to love, willing to change the way we live and commit to life including supporting others then it is possible to truly do this.

Sarah Well said. We do need to be “much more real about what is going on for us all" yet our tendency is to bury our head in the sand or get depressed or fight about it - none of which helps much. I too very much value the inspiration and support from Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine for us to go there "without getting bogged down in it all" and instead come out with a greater understanding, more expanded and empowered.

Yes, Sarah, Serge Benhayon has supported me to address the hurts that I carried for many years, without identification with them and always reminding me that I am so much more than what I was holding onto.

Hi Sarah, I totally agree 'we are living so far from 'fine' and a long way from honesty too as we use everything we can to avoid feeling the truth in our body and life. The truth Serge Benhayon shares with us brings light into the dark areas we avoid seeing and he does so without expectation, he just offers us a choice.

I'm fine is such fleeting comment we all make so often yet our movements are revealing something far from this truth. What Serge Benhayon offers is the space to sit in this expression, offer the truth and not deliver it with an ounce of judgement.

Yes Henrietta, it is very rare and yet totally how it ought to be to be truly met the way Serge Benhayon meets you. As Gabriele has shared, Serge sees the real us untainted and untouched by life's twists and turmoils. That part most of us bury but that we can live and bring to our daily way of being.

It is true Henrietta as that way we get to feel that we are super sensitive and we can feel more then we originally thought, as we are living in a world that does not support us to develop what we feel I have found that since my connection with Serge Benhayon I have develop this part of me more and more and it is a blessing to have done so.

Absolutely Henrietta, your point is an important one. We do walk around with such an array of ailments, dispositions, emotional states, circumstances and the tendency is to normalise them. Either that or compare to another who is worse off again, and from that, feel bolstered that we are 'not so bad after all'. Serge Benhayon was the first person I met who set a benchmark for vitality and health, simply by living it himself. It was so far above anything I knew to be real for me, that I felt instantly how 'not normal' the way I felt was. This marked the beginning of true healing.

It shocks me still at times, the extent to which so much is today accepted as 'normal' Henrietta. Deeply appreciating Gabriele's testimony here, as her experience is not unusual. When we have no reflection around us that life need not be so strained, that it could actually be another way... we seem to have a predilection for remaining in our misery, don't we...
I for one did not suffer the severity of ailments Gabriele has described, but the way I feel now, after many years of knowing and working together with Serge Benhayon, is stark contrast to how I was 'prior', and how I felt about life. Looking back, there was a lot of misery, much emotional confusion, and the deepest frustration with life (prior)... The power of Serge's reflection and his teachings has shown me that this didn't have to be my 'lot', and boy has life changed...

I agree completely Victoria, Gabriele's experiences are far from unusual and without a reflection that things could be different I spent much of my life choosing the misery and not really seeing that there was any other choice. There is never a day that passes without me feeling huge gratitude that I met Serge and the reflection that he offered because from that day I have been aware that I have a choice.

Interesting discussion and a revelation to many, me included, that we 'choose' misery. Since I have become aware of how much we indulge in and seek identification from an emotion like misery, it has enabled me to rise above it and live a different way.

Compared to what I now know as the way of life, when I look around the general accepted way of living appears pure drudgery whilst constantly hoping for the next 'high' moment. Interesting that after a period of rebelling against this which some of us do in our teens/early adulthood, we give up and call it 'normal;. . Not that long ago I too considered that normal and because I had a more comfortable life than many I even thought I was living well. It is a priceless gift when someone reflects that there is far more to us and to life not just by words, but by actual example as Serge Benhayon does.

Golnaz Shariatzadeh

This is such a great example of the tendency to target a 'superficial look good' factor hoping for an external confirmation that we are doing okay rather than taking care of ourself as a whole and feeling great from within. The problem is that targeting the superficial not only misses the profundity of taking care of the whole, it often actually takes us away in the opposite direction.

This is something special Victoria. There are grand changes that people make from deep illness to a truly healthy and engaged life. This blog is a celebration of that...and celebrate we really ought.
But you have revealed another aspect of Serge's skill as a healer - the person who is doing pretty well discovers through healing and the development of understanding that there is a rich depth to life - not just an acceptable 'OKness' but a real beauty to be lived every single day.

Amina Tumi
27/4/2016 07:51:57 pm

And from there we get to feel the illusion we have been living, whether that be that life must be hard, or complicated etc.. and yet really life is not meant to be that at all and we are here to reflect simplicity and ease for which we do know very well.

Rik Connors

We all suffer one way or another but its all the same 'suffering' through choosing the other lesser way. Talking about reflection .. I had an amazing connection with a patient the other day at work. I normally do not interact with the patients just with the staff however due to the particular work I was doing it was unavoidable. I did not mind I love talking the people and the opportunity it brings through connection. What happened was miraculous! We got to the topic of God, and through my reflection he connected and said things that people do not normally say like 'If I had this thought where did it come from?'. Similar to being in Serge’s presence I was able to offer the same reflection to another through my lived divinity and oh my God it made my day.

Gabriele Conrad

The power of reflection cannot be underestimated – it is stronger than words and much stronger than any hope one might want to entertain. A true reflection and role model makes things real and proves a point, the point being that it can be done and that it is a joy to do so.

Rachel Mascord

I have done the same Henrietta. My ailments became a part of my furniture - old, tatty and moth-eaten furniture to be sure. Like Gabriele, there were things I nearly forgot to tell Serge, and things I definitely forgot to tell Serge in those first sessions, so much had I normalised them, I thought they were me.

How glorious to actually re-awaken to the fact that none of it is actually 'you', and realise the fact that our ailments are consequences of our choices (potentially innumerous ones), and that there is a true self to reconnect to – and readily so, even if one's body yet has healing to do.

Henrietta I couldn't agree with you more. Most of society has given up deeply about so many things that our heart aches for. It was indeed a blessing for me meeting Serge Benhayon and hearing him talk the language of my heart - calling out in details all that was not okay in our world - which showed me how deeply he also felt life - yet also showing me a man who was not broken by that and was living a deep level of love, wisdom, joy and a deep understanding of it all. In such a given up society, individuals like Serge Benhayon are gold.

And the healthcare professionals, the ones who are there to support others are feeling the pressure and not coping. I have just read an article about doctors taking antidepressants. This echoes what you have shared Golnaz that most of society has given up deeply and if I am completely honest I was one of those people a few years back, wondering what on earth was the point but still continuing to plod along. Since meeting Serge Benhayon and attending courses, workshops and presentations I have a deeper understanding about life and myself that aligned to a truth I could feel within only could not feel up until that point as it was buried with hurts and ill ideals and beliefs. Serge Benhayon is a beautifull light reflecting to all there is more to what we are currently living and it is easy to live.

Katerina Nikolaidis

Yes Henrietta, it is. When we bury that knowing we're fodder for the forces of cynicism, and life becomes very two dimensional governed by a perceived notion of reason that is void of the sensitivity and depth every human being can connect to and thus express. Serge Benhayon inspires that reconnection and the innocence is rekindled again. We know we are so much more than mere flesh and blood, that we have a soul and that we are held. This is the biggest most precious gift humanity can ever be given.

I looked at the list of aliments that where considered 'normal' and I recognised a few of them for myself. I also lived with stress, anxiety, bloating, back ache, painful cycle, major food cravings, etc but had resigned the lack of sleep and dis-ease to 'normal' because most of the people I knew where also living with some if not all of these symptoms. The gift of the 'suggestion' to give attention what my body communicates changed my life. Being meet as an equal divine being in essence by Serge Benhayon, changed my life, no imposition, no pressure, no investment, but rather a presentation of what is possible.

Having read this, made me realize how big effects Serge Benhayon has in many ways - on thousands of people. And how this credits, are absolute to share with the world. As this website does. This is the testimony that there is a way of life that actually carries the key to truth, love, harmony, joy and stillness. Which has been brought to us by Serge Benhayon, through its vehicle - Universal Medicine. It is the doors we can open within ourselves, that Serge Benhayon is showing us (by living it himself) that we are able to see and observe how it is possible to life in harmony with oneself and another. It is the divisiveness that ruins mankind. And so it is very important to seek our true healing, and so this has occurred for many by the teachings, healing modalities, presentations and books that Serge Benhayon has brought to earth. And this is , like Gabrielle shared, nothing short of a miracle. And this needs to be shared. As we as humanity have our key to life healthy and harmoniously - right on this website.

What a remarkable man he is, indeed. A regular man that holds a divine potential for all us if we but choose to see ourselves in this reflection. Without doubt, we become so used to a lesser way of being and normalise ill health. I know for me I did not realise all the symptoms I had either until they were gone. And then after time and appointments with Universal Medicine, and the remarkable teachings of Serge Benhayon that I too am a different person for it. A whole, confident person without the voices in my head, without the niggling aches and pains and without paranoia about relationships. Thank you Gabriele.

Serge Benhayon presents us with facts about how life is that we know deep down but ignore. He explains in great depth why we do what we do and in such a way that we are able to see our responsibility for the mess we are in. He also explains how we can get ourselves out of this mess, one by one, with making self loving choices, by understanding ourselves, by not judging but accepting and appreciating the truth of who we are and how we can be. What is very beautiful to feel in your sharing Gabriele, is the transformation that is possible when we are held in absolute love, a love that is equally within us yet may be covered. Serge Benhayon reflects the truth that speaks to the truth that is known within us through all the layers of protection. “Serge practices and lives divinity in action” and offers an opportunity for us to reconnect to our own and do the same if we so choose. Beautifully said Victoria. The absoluteness of love can reignite our own love, for to be in its presence stirs its truth once more within. If we allow this, from the deepest choice of our own Will, all that is not of this love can commence its process of falling away, and so the world is indeed changed, from the 'inside – out'.

Totally agree Victoria, this blog brings forth the depth of love which Serge Benhayon lives every day. This depth of love is the divinity we all are and he meets us all with the quality we can all choose to be. When I first came to a workshop I had pretty much given up on the possibility of finding truth having searched for ten years and discounted everything I had come across. Serge presented the truth I had searched for and there it was inside me all along. Life has never been the same since and it is a joy to see that life can be lived fully, open to others no longer hiding and I appreciate his presence and dedication to being such a transparent and loving reflection of who we are.

Hear hear Gabriele. This is my experience of Serge also. As absurd as it may sound, a true practitioner is one who is not invested in the client getting better! By getting themselves out of the way in this sense, such a practitioner is best able to facilitate the healing process for they understand that the success of a healing/cure lies in the hands of the client. This is true healing for it carries zero imposition and it is this loving support that allows for the greatest possible healing to occur. This is why Serge Benhayon is the ‘practitioner’s practitioner’, for he reflects the way of the future of healing, which is in-truth a return to our most ancient past. It is a way that honours the fact that our illnesses are there as a result of our ill choices and therefore the responsibility to choose otherwise simply lies in our own hands. A true practitioner serves to assist us to see what has come to block the light of our true making – all that we have chosen that is not in accordance to the truth of who we are. However, it is we who choose whether we look with eyes open or closed. And how much our eyes open will depend on the depth of honesty we are willing to go to and the amount of responsibility we are willing to take for allowing ourselves to live less than the magnificence we truly are.

In other words, true healing is the removal of what is not, of what we are not rather than adding anything to what we already are, no matter how hidden and buried that might be in the fortress that we make our body to be.

... "the way of the future of healing, which is in-truth a return to our most ancient past". Very true indeed, a way of living and healing that dares to go deeper and leaves no pimple or tumour unturned, i.e. examined and responsibly treated, to return to what we separated from.

I really get this and am inspired by this "As absurd as it may sound, a true practitioner is one who is not invested in the client getting better!" The reflection and connection that comes with self healing as a practitioner is enough. No need to force, push, invest in any outcomes, but rather be willing to reflect connect and express the Love and Light that is naturally within, when the layers of disregard and lack of care are removed.

When the Light of the Soul is lived by one who is true to their essence, it serves to illuminate that which may have fallen into shadow and reflects to each and every last one of us that we are also of this Heavenly light. Such is the way of the Soul on Earth and such is the way of those who are willing to live it. Serge Behayon is a Son of such light, who by virtue of his living way shows us that we are all the many Sons of the One true light that is God.

I love what you have written Gabriele and have exactly the same experience of Serge Benhayon. He is totally non imposing and is the one person who can walk up behind me without my knowing he is there. There is no rah rah, charisma, look at me or attention energy whatsoever. There is nothing in Serge that makes any demands on others, needs them to be in a certain way, or to like him or to get it. It is actually quite shocking to meet someone who is so totally un imposing in every way because it exposes how imposing in so many ways we all are, often without even realising it and how deeply healing it is to be in the presence of someone who does not impose!

It is deeply touching and super gorgeous to meet and experience being met by someone who is totally non imposing – which is what love is. In the grace of the complete lack of imposition we are left free to reconnect to our essence (love) which is of that same quality. In the meeting of the other in that equalness we meet ourselves and in meeting our true selves seemingly miraculous healing happens.

Thank you Gabriele for sharing the amazing changes in you since you met Serge Benhayon. I thought my life was normal and that I was doing ok when I I attended my first presentation and then came to realise that I had been existing confined by fixed ideals and beliefs that left me so much less than my potential of who I truly am. Serge has consistently and lovingly inspired me to reconsider everything I thought was 'normal' and introduced me to understanding energy and the energy that is in everything and in every choice I make that affects me and everyone else. My old 'normal' is a faint shadow of the beautiful normal I feel in myself today, knowing who I am and why I am who I am with so much true love and joy to share with the world.

Yes Gabriele, "Serge Benhayon ... has no charisma at all" - and first I was quite disappointed by that fact. I travelled far to see him and than this... no halo around him, no charisma, I did not natural fall on my knees when I saw him. I expected someone who is above me, better and so wise that it is blinding me. But he was an ordinary man.
By the time (I did not run away because I was disillusioned) I realized that he is in fact wise but not 'more' than me. He did hold me as an equal and by and by I took the responsibility to accept and appreciate it.
Many revelations happened since I study with Serge Benhayon and my life changed and changes from scratch.
And I found: True Glory is find in every day living in service.

I can agree with and relate you so much of what you've shared here Gabrielle. Since first meeting Serge it is as if I am not the person I was before meeting him. This has and continues to be a process of dropping away all the false masks and images I have placed on top of and taken on, led by the lie that this is the acceptable way of human life or the path to be accepted and validated by others. The world has been designed to constantly push us to do do do but with Serge Benhayon he simply stands there and presents 'this is who you are' and we are left to make the steps ourselves.

This non imposing way of allowing one to make choices at first irked me, so used to being irresponsible and wanting others to push me in the right direction. But over time I have learnt to appreciate that this is true love, we are held in the reflection of love and it is up to us to choose to be with that love or not.

The affect of making such choices is life-changing at it's most basic and world changing as it's ripples.

That is really interesting what you have shared Leigh, that the vast majority of us are used to being told what to do throughout life instead of being given the space to feel for ourselves and make choices that are true for us. I can really relate to this growing up and at one stage felt so helpless because what I wanted to do for my career in life was something I was told I could not do. Ultimately we create everything in our life and on reflection I know was about me not claiming who I was and going for it, instead I was waiting to be confirmed by others. However, no word of a lie since meeting Serge Benhayon I have started to take these loving steps for myself and my whole life has turned around in an Amazing way, I am now doing what my heart felt to do all along 💕

Gabrielle - I love what you say about Serge Benhayon not needing to "...dazzle, impress or convince.." In fact it wasn't until I met Serge that I got to appreciate how much of that goes on in the rest of the world. It is what almost all of us do - thus constantly maintaining the separation that we all live in. Being with Serge is totally and utterly different. Every breath that he breathes, every word that he says, every movement of his body, is constantly saying "there is no need to be anything when you are already everything". It is impossible to over-state how game changing this has been for me.

It is absolutely game changing – for myself and undoubtedly so many others also Otto.
Having grown up surrounded by performers and the world of 'the arts', here is a man who knows true artistry in life and yet makes no claims or seeks no recognition for himself in this regard. As Serge Benhayon repeatedly states, he is 'nothing without his soul'. This complete absence of self-identification in his expression has changed, and continues to deeply inspire change in the way I come to musical expression in particular.
Nought we 'produce' need ever impose upon another, and the greater our knowing of and connection to our soul, the deeper the capacity our own work has to inspire such depths in another. Absolutely game-changing, for everything in life...

This is a really beautifull and true testimony to Serge Benhayon. I had to laugh when I read 'What always stood out for me about Serge Benhayon is the fact that he has no charisma at all, none whatsoever.' Because in many cases this would not be seen as a compliment and charisma is seen as a 'good' thing the fact is that charisma is a show, a need to be liked and recognised by others, I also see it where others don't want to be seen as an equal but 'better' than others. So yep Serge Benhayon has no charisma because he has no need or desire to be liked, recognised, put on a pedastall or to be seen as more important than others ... he is the complete opposite of all of this and reflects to me (well everyone) how to live in a more deeply loving way with ourselves and others.

Serge has given me the tools for life that I knew were missing. The Love we all carry blindly inside becomes a very real part of life when shown how to access it.

Serge explains simply and sincerely the ways that we can access this Love that we know is there but are never taught in todays society how to make it a reality in life. He teaches clearly and from his heart what would have been so easy to teach us as children . I ask the question why is this not taught, this learning would save all the wars and diseases we experience on the planet now.

As children this love is innately there and only needs confirming at school or at home. Serge simply reminds us of who we naturally are but for some reason our education system deems it ok to by-pass this life saving skill. Serge Benhayon for me has been the most precious gift life can bring. I have experienced breast cancer twice and because of the clarity as to why I drew this to myself I was able to embrace the teaching my body was lovingly giving me and apply a nurturing way of life that has completely turned what could have been a testing experience into a joy to learn from. Why would anyone want to try and stop a man presenting these truths.

I have great appreciation to Serge for all the time and care that he has given to me and thousands of others. He is truly a gift to humanity.

Very quickly into my first ever workshop with Serge Benhayon I too realised "that I was in the presence of somebody who didn’t need to dazzle, impress, convince, win me over or cajole.", he was simply presenting what he knew to be true with no expectations of me blindly believing what he was saying, but to come to that place of truth myself and in my own time. From this awareness I found myself letting down walls that I had built for protection, allowing me to gradually open up to the wonders of the world, of humanity and of myself, that I had been missing out on while hiding behind my self-imposed barricades.

"He was and is totally his own person without ever imposing anything on anyone..." Your words resonate with my own experience of seeing Serge Benhayon as a practitioner also Gabriele. From the first time I saw him, I was struck by the strength of his presence, nil arrogance and yet not one iota of unsurety or doubt. I'd never met anyone like this... I've come to know this depth and ease of presence that Serge Benhayon has, as correlating directly to his own embracing of his divinity, and his living in a way that honours this divinity in every aspect of his life.
As my own acceptance and embracing of the divinity within me has deepened – immeasurably supported by Serge as a practitioner, teacher, mentor in many ways, and friend – I've come to know that this presence he holds, is all that true power is: our embracing of the Godliness within. True power never, ever imposes.
He lives and shines this for all to see like no other I know, and without an iota of imposition on another, as you've so beautifully described here Gabriele. If we are willing to see, Serge is one who shows the way for how each and every one of us can embrace our divinity, and a lived way of life that honours it and allows our light to shine – and not in small measure, but the true greatness that he exemplifies, with the deeply known humility that it all comes from God.

That is such a welcoming thing to feel especially when you have lived, like I had, trying to be something other than who you are (I was a chameleon, fitting into whatever the circumstances brought me). Serge Benhayon, a man knowing himself and just being himself, gave me the opportunity to give myself permission to let go and trust that it was ok to be me, fully me, in any circumstance. Little by little I've let go of needs for others to fix me and discovered from Serge's presentations and his own livingness that with-in me is the All and what another offers is a reflection and connection back to this. This is a journey I am so appreciate to knowing Serge and he being by my side evrey step of the way.

"Divinity in action" - I could bathe in the truth of these words. Divinity is so delicate, so respectful and understanding of human life, but does not get embroiled in it. Serge exemplifies this, inspires everyone to live the same quality of divinity that is innate (and simply forgotten) in us all.

Gabrielle, this is a beautiful summary of what I know to be many peoples experience also of the extraordinary Serge Benhayon. He is someone who, as you say, does not dazzle and come across needing to big himself up, he just speaks of love and how we as a humanity have lost our way, lost our way from knowing who we truly are. That is what I have reconnected to, a knowingness inside of me that never actually was gone, but buried in so many hurts, protections and anxiety that i couldn't see anything but misery, depression and frustration with the world. I no longer feel this way, quite the opposite. I feel love, dedication and commitment to life and so much more.

Ultimately it is up to each of us to make different choices in our life that support us in a truly loving way (you can lead a horse to the water but cannot make it drink). Serge Benhayon is an incredible and absolute role model to all in showing there is a more loving way to live, that we can heal and we can be all we truly are. Not only does he live the greatest level of harmony, consistency, integrity and responsibility I have ever come across, he also shares in the minutest details how he ensures this in a world that often flows in the opposite manner. That Serge holds each of us as an equal Son of God explains my initial sense I got from Serge on first meeting him; At that point all I could do was rationalise what I was feeling (bewilderingly so, as I had not experienced any such thing before) like being 'given a chance', that he was always thinking the better of me, not judging just giving me every chance in the world. Now I understand that this was Serge in his beholding light, him knowing the truth of who I am and allowing me the grace to rediscover equality and brotherhood. This is the love that Serge brings.

You are right Gabrielle with Serge Benhayon there is no charisma in the sense that there is no smooth talking, no charming, no convincing or selling himself in any way. Having said that I have always found him incredibly approachable and real at the same time. He is in no way a cardboard cutout or robot! It is this absolute integrity and purity and lack of imposing himself combined with his total commitment to life and humanity and his realness as a human being (he does not try to hide his natural imperfections as a human being) that has always intrigued and fascinated me and made Serge very accessible and easy to connect to.

I know that in the past I have placed many who I thought were wiser than me on a pedestal, but I have never felt to do that with Serge as he has never made me feel lesser, in fact he wants us all to know that we are the same as him, but where we find ourselves in life is simply as a result of our life choices. I just saw a video clip from the news that suicide is the now at the highest rate it has ever been with 8 people committing suicide every day. The reason I am saying this is from what Gabrielle shared in how in the past she wanted to hide away from the world, be left alone and had suicidal thoughts. What Gabriele is sharing here is that without judgment she was held to be all that she amazingly is despite the depression and so on. As a humanity we continue to propagate the misery by being in judgment as you say of each other, but to be simply held in love and celebrated for who you are no matter what is going on allows for so much healing and revelation. My appreciation is also huge for what Serge Benhyon has brought to humanity, because not only does it make complete sense it is brining us home to who we are naturally.

And that means that I was in the presence of somebody who didn’t need to dazzle, impress, convince, win me over or cajole.” I was amused by reading this Gabriele because when I met Serge Benhayon 10 years ago he did not look like any of the successful presenters I had seen on stage, because he did not match my ideals of 'charismatic'.
Interesting that what draws my attention has since definitely changed. I have become more sensitive to people’s energy and what is driving them in that moment, so I find the characteristics that I used to admire like charisma actually turns me away but when I witness humility, openness, expression of truth, love, dedication and honouring of people, as is Serge Benhayon’s consistent way, my heart wells up with joy. Being a practitioner of complementary medicine myself for more than 20 years Serge mentioned to me at several occasions to not invest into outcomes when treating a client. As simple as it sounds it took me quite some years to make that a reality in my treatments, not with perfection but generally, as the attitude and intention of improving the clients wellbeing not only is deeply implanted due to the education in healing and medicine but even more because of the identification with achievements and the need for recognition. Serge is in that sense absolutely selfless and thus offering a quality and level of healing rarely met in a practitioner.

I can relate very much to what you have shared Alex. Even though I don't work in complementary healthcare, in the area of health I work in we often talk about having wins, which basically means a successful outcome, the relief of a symptom, the change in an approach or an attitude. I feel that is one thing to know what it is that you bring and how that can have a ripple effect on others and appreciating that, to actually wanting or desiring an outcome for someone. With the latter the truth cannot be seen for we become emotionally invested in whats going on for another, to soothe ourselves.

"the latter felt like microsurgery into the depth of my being" this says it all about Esoteric Healing. Esoteric healing - is healing from within-out clearing out all of the old energy in us by expanding the light within. This turns the tables on traditional healing methods and even therapies like physiotherapy, because it is commonly thought that the practitioner 'removes' the problem, although they play a very big part in the healing it is the willingness of the client to surrender that makes a healing possible.

When I just met Serge I was completely touched in my heart of the truth he was speaking. I could feel in whole my being how true it was what he was sharing. On that moment I was not really able to feel his love and that I notice later was because I was so closed of from my own love. Now lately I feel more and more how huge his love is. From that I learned that by closing down myself form the love I am It is hard to feel true love. BUt attending to Serge Benhayon his workshops and doing Esoteric Healing sessions made my body more and more aware in how much love I am hold by Serge, heaven and many more. I was always looking for a true in life, looked many directions but always came in a dead end. This way Serge is introducing for us all as a new way is our return path to who we really are.I am so blessed to have this life with Serge so close around me. Huge changes and healings happened and I feel ready to bring all what is now in me to others too. This needs to be shared with all, this is our way in return.

Gabrielle the joyful person you are today certainly bears no resemblance to the person you describe in the blog. Our paths have crossed for many years and I agree, the 'before' you was but a walking shadow of who you are now. Serge is unlike any other healer I came upon in my many years of seeking healing. On the recommendation of a friend ('There's a good healer who lives near you you may like to see') I went to my first appointment with the 'tell me what's wrong with me and fix me', that I was my modus operandi, only to be politely asked "how can I help you", thereby handing responsibility back to me, treating me as a capable equal. Thus formed the basis of a partnership that has been empowering as no one had ever met me to that depth before. Any question I ask is not only answered, but the answer also reveals the layers behind the question that I had been unaware of before. The wisdom he brings awakens our own wisdom, it is an alchemical process that is beyond what mere knowledge can impart and is deeply healing.

I am active in the field of healing and medicine for over 30 years and no practitioner nor method nor school or university before Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon has ever presented the true meaning of health. Thus the question arises how can we know true healing when we don´t even understand health in its entirety? No wonder that we take a lot of dis-eases, dis-harmony, minor and even severe complaints as given, normal, relate it to age etc. We have settled for less because we don´t even know anymore the fullness of life. Serge and Universal Medicine have brought back the true meaning of life, health, illness and healing.

Everytime I feel being held in equalness by Serge I realize that I still can deepen the level of equalness I hold myself and consequently others in. From the perspective of human experience it appears to be even odd as there is nearly nobody and nothing that reflects equalness but deep within we know it to be natural and simple and the only way it should be.

Who would expect the divine to be ordinary and unspectacular? That exposes the images we hold of the divine that keep us from living in connection with divinity. We have been fooled into blindness to where we come from. Serge by reflection lifts the veil of this illusion. That is true healing.

Gabrielle it is amazing how many things we take as being normal and so don't even think to mention it to ourselves let alone anyone else. When I read your list I could feel how these are now such an accepted way of living that we don't question them any more. I didn't, unless it started to affect my body in some way such as a back ache but even then it was with a view to carrying on as 'normal' once I was better . Serge Benhayon has by his own living way reflected to us that it is not normal to be exhausted, and how detrimental this is to our body and to living a full and joyful life.

When you write, Gabrielle, " .... it could well and truly be said that the person I was before my first session is nothing at all like the person I am now and likewise, that my life before the first session with Serge bears scant resemblance to my life now" could be said by me and countless others. The impact that Serge Benhayon has had on so many people is immense, transformational and all, like you Gabrielle, have undying gratitude for that impact.

The same goes for me as well Gabrielle, 'it could well and truly be said that the person I was before my first session is nothing at all like the person I am now and likewise'. It feels like I was living a different life before and after meeting Serge. Before it was full or angst, turmoil, unsureness, unhappiness, exhaustion, the list goes on. I now feel content with myself and my life something I never thought was possible. And life just keeps getting better the more love I am with myself and with others. Serge Benhayon is a constant reminder of the love we all are, naturally so.

Gabriele, you have put into words so much of what makes Serge Benhayon's approach to healing unique. The stand out for me is the way he holds all as an equal and whatever you choose after the session is up to you. Serge is not there to save anyone but inspiration he offers in spades, presenting a way of viewing life or your issues in a whole new light. His very practical, non-charismatic approach, his completely unimposing, humble nature could lead you to dismiss the conversations and healing as ordinary, yet your body knows that something very deep and old has shifted and you have a fresh slate to start from.

'Serge treats and talks to the part in us that is untouched and untarnished by life’s events and our accumulated hurts and disappointments, the part in every human being that is equally as present and available in every man, woman and child on earth.'
Thank you Gabriele, for sharing your experience with Serge Benhayon as a practitioner - I was in tears during my entire first session with Serge, not out of sadness or any form of discomfort, but out of relief, becuase for the first time in my life I felt there was no need to explain or justify and for the first time in my life I did not feel less - I felt equal the way I was there and then. A HUGE experience.

'For Serge Benhayon, a client’s healing path is never about outcomes, it is always about the person and their relationship with their divinity, one that they are free to accept or reject, free to pursue or drop.' How often practitioners seek a result or outcome, such is the desire to fix the client. As you so accurately explain, Serge does not need to prove anything, he simply meets you with everything he is and at that point we get to feel the Love that we come from.

It is interesting how when we are asked "how are you" - the common response is OK when clearly the person you are talking to is eg.overweight, looking very tired, feels not their usual bubbly self, is non communicative and preferring to be left alone- and clearly just wanting to get on with life. But with illness and disease skyrocketing and exhaustion and anxiousness being experienced by so many people, most people are not willing to delve deeper into what is really going on in society for this to be commonplace, despite so many advances in medicine and technology. Something is missing- could this be our reconnection to our essence within that is bursting to come out but is squashed by so many layers of unresolved hurts/emotions and ideals and beliefs which is running our body?

Gabrielle-I love your honest account of how your life was before meeting Serge Benhayon and how it is now- so transformational and a living miracle. I too am so appreciative of meeting Serge Benhayon, and what he has brought to humanity through the Ageless wisdom and his livingness- e.g. many healing modalities and workshops, and retreats for us to learn and share with others.
My life and so many other students from all over the world have changed since being reconnected to the divine love within us all, and are learning how to move from this quality in our everyday lives.

“An exchange between one who has claimed and lives this divinity and another who might be open to it (or not, it doesn’t make any difference to Serge) or is already on their way to claim this equal birthright in and for themselves, by their own free will and totally at their own pace” – I love how you have put this. No investment in the outcome, no expectation nor judgment – it’s easy to say, but very hard to do, I know this well from my own experience of being a complementary therapy practitioner. To see someone who lives and practices with such consistency and integrity is an absolute blessing and inspiration for me.

“There was nothing and nobody out there to support me with what it was that I needed” – I can very much relate to this. The backache, the shoulder pain, emotional unsettlement… whatever that was I was going through, I knew it was not just about the symptoms and there was something deeper that needed addressing, but everything I tried out there would not do that. I would do courses and workshops, have sessions etc. but the bottom line was that I wanted something/someone to heal me completely. So while I adamantly held onto that (even though I would deny ever doing so), I kept confirming that there was nothing/nobody to support me and retreated into even more helplessness – which was all my own making.

I can definitely state the same since meeting Serge my life has and still is monumentally changing as I attend each workshop, retreat and presentation (like many hundreds and the thousands others too). "At times the latter felt like microsurgery into the depth of my being and I would marvel at the precision and delicateness of his unimposing touch and way to move around the table." That perfectly describes how it feels being on the table with Serge and his hands providing the depth of healing on offer. “He was and is totally his own person without ever imposing anything on anyone and that is a huge part of his amazingness as a practitioner and human being.” How many people do you meet, especially who present, present as it is the truth, do not hold back, and without imposing. Amazingness at its best - Serge Benhayon! To add to this I remember recently when he said the way he approaches tasks he fully embraces them "If your doing it or have to do it why not embrace it". He presents his lived wisdom.

Its remarkable how many people go to see Serge Benhayon to 'fix that shoulder' and yet end up healing their whole life, in a way they did not imagine or foresee. Its a beautiful tribute Gabriele you pay here, to the way Serge works treating the whole of us, and never one small part. He can see the bigger picture of our beauty, whilst we up until then, see life in separate bits. So beautiful to hear how you and many others have come back to the one whole way of life, thanks to Serge.

There is absolutely nothing in him that wants me and or anyone else to get it, to agree or to change, yet he never offers less than his all in everything he does and with everyone, he is love always, and offers that reflection everywhere he goes, and with his support I too have learning to love who I am and let others see and feel that, it's completely changed my life.

For me this is powerfully summed up when you say 'Serge practises and lives divinity in action' and offers this reflection to all others whether they are open to it or not. There is no investment in people 'getting it' just the constant expression of a lived way that whilst being an inspiration to so many is not outcome driven but a consistent commitment to serve humanity in whatever way is needed.

I once thought Serge is very very very patient - to than realize : it is the Love he is connected to, the love we all are but do mostly not live (yet ;) ) all of the time. What a gorgeous testimonial Gabriela - and an absolutely spot on account of what Serge can offer in a session - his ability to speak to that part of us that is not hurt or tarnished by the world, really our soul. Awesome testimony Gabriele, thank you. I too can vouch for the fact that who I am today and how I live my life has been totally transformed since meeting Serge Benhayon. I have spent 10 years listening to and questioning him about the world, putting his advice to the test and benefitting immensely from the most tender and powerful esoteric healing sessions practiced and taught by him. I had no idea that who I am today was inside me, but Serge did and does so for everyone he meets, always meeting us in our divinity first and foremost, standing alongside us, supporting and empowering us to heal ourselves from the inside out, with zero attachment to the outcome, the most graceful and healing gift we can give anyone.

This sentence sums up Serge Benhayon's life and work in a nutshell for me. He lives what he presents and those who listen are free to be inspired or turn away. I know that feeling so well, of being on the treatment table with an esoteric practitioner and feeling myself being reconfigured from the inside out. But it is not something that is being done to me, I feel that there is an opening up in me which allows for old patterns and behaviours to be seen for what they truly are and released. I honestly have never experienced healing of the things that I always attributed to holding me back, like I have through the modalities that Serge Benhayon has presented. True healing continues within and with work, further releasing of the imprints in my body continues of that which is 'not love' and the knowing of being a Son of God.

Every time I connect with Serge, I come away inspired, enliven, impassioned and awakened...irrespective of whatever indulgences and denials I have been playing with beforehand. There is nothing of the usual that makes him stand out, but stand out he does, but it's not for those usual reasons. He stands out for he has no need to stand out, he knows he is equal to everyone in a room and that no-one is less or more than him. He knows the worth of who he is and the connection he has to all that there is, which he then walks with everyday. I notice this all the time, when I see him and observe his consistency with this. His living example, direct and honest presentations, healing modalities and constant pursuit of evolution has put Purpose, Love and Truth firmly back on the map in my life and thousands of others and your testimony confirms this fact. Serge Benhayon is a practitioner that supports us to heal the wounds and behaviours we have been blinded to or accepted as a false truth. It's like before meeting him I was living as a shadow of myself and even after 5 years I can say that there is never been and doesn't feel like there will ever be an end goal of being 'fully me'. We are not naturally or innately designed to have an end point and we all feel a tension when things become stuck and samey. Try as we might and forcefully be suppressed in trying to live as if this is all there is we have a body that tells us otherwise with illness and disease. And through the presentations of Serge Benhayon I can now say thank you illness and disease and dis-ease and tension because without those messages I shudder to think were we would all be.

That part of Serge that you describe Gabriele, that he is entirely un-phased by how he is received, that he is totally his own person and just says it how it is without being concerned by the response, is deeply inspiring. I still operate with the niceties I have been raised with and am unveiling them layer by layer for the falseness that they are. What I have come to realize is that it is not about not caring but rather simply saying what is needed and remaining un-contorted in my expression.

It is quite extraordinary that we have been offered pure gold and yet seem to take our time to fully embrace the true healing available to us all. To ‘claim our equal birthright… of our Divinity’, to initiate ourselves, is entirely our own choice, every step of the way. Another can only inspire by the way that they are, but they can never make the choices for us.

"It is always about the person and their relationship with their own divinity, one that they are free to accept or reject free to pursue or drop.” Somehow whatever Serge says in answer to a question leaves one potentially closer to the truth about oneself. He does not answer a question as such but shines a light on who and how we are and lets us discover for ourselves. This means we are free to evolve at our own pace held in a love that is constant and true, a love that we may not have been accustomed to in our lives up until that point.

I have had a fair bit of counselling and support over the years but until I met Serge Benhayon what was on offer always felt only a tiny bit of the picture and heavily invested in by the practitioner - I was there to prove their investment was a sound one so there was sometimes a very obvious frustration that I didn't get better.

With Serge Benhayon I've always been seen for who I truly am, a Son of God who has free will – this has never been imposed upon. With this I got to feel I we are all so much bigger than our issues or ailments we usually put in so much hard work into tendering. Without this space to feel it's 100% my choice to live love or not, I would never have felt one of the most crucial aspects of my healing – self-responsibility- and would have kept on seeking others to heal what only I could only choose to heal.

Its like we all arrive at Serge Benhayon's sessions asking for a small issue to be 'removed' or explained. Yet the way Serge works he simply reminds us that we need no limit life so small and that the 'big things' we dare not think could be resolved are absolutely what we're here to look at and whats more the power to do it lives within me and you.

I totally relate the constraints you talk about and how Serge shares with you the truth sometimes what he says doesn't seem to fit in and it can take a while before I actually see the truth of what it is that Serge is so lovingly exposing from me. Serge never cares what you will think as he will only every be the Love that we are and call us to this equal Love that is inside of us. That is True Love.

The normal that I lived before Serge Benhayon was despondent, overweight, and without a doubt struggle city. I hated my job, had almost no friends, and possibly worst of all, didn't have any hope. Now my life could not be more different, on a daily basis I live with joy, love and purpose. All thanks to Serge Benhayon.

I recognize the place you were prior to meeting Serge Benhayon. I was there too until I came across Universal medicine. And I witness on a daily basis how the majority of humanity have completely given up on so many aspects of life that results in everyone being discontent wit life at a deep level and always chasing for something in the hope that it will make a difference. I have learned so much as a result of my connection with Serge Benhayon. Even if it had been just the fact that from the first moment he only treated me as if I was completely divine and precious consistently regardless of my choices and self judgments, it would have been enough to turn my life round.

'Serge practises and lives divinity in action.' That he does and by the ton! What strikes me about him is that when he walks he moves with all of who he is, you get the sense of the full package is right here in front of you.
For me, when I spend my time thinking about the past, what happened yesterday etc, it feels that I walk without that full sense, as if I've left parts of me behind. Serge never feels like that, he's there right now - 100% full power.

I can say exactly the same for my life "my life before the first session with Serge bears scant resemblance to my life now". The greatest reason why is being because my eye's have been opened to what truly is possible, and what is truly present in life, beyond the images and illusions and down to nothing but love and expansion.

"Sometimes Serge said things that didn’t fit into how I had constructed my view of the world, people and events and I remember explaining how I saw it. There was never any opposition or defence, never a need to convince or get me to side with anything at all, never an investment in me being this way or another, not even in getting better." This is a truly remarkable quality as I one feels completely respected and it allows space to explore new perspectives with a sense of security as they is no fear of being judged if you do not agree or feel 'silly'.

When we stop and think about it, the number of things we as human beings suffer with and yet put up with and think is normal is amazing - from lack of sleep and arguments in relationships, to exhaustion and lack of self worth, the list could really go on. And yet my experience has mirrored your own, where having known Serge Benhayon my life has completely changed for the better and all those seemingly small or normal daily struggles and sufferings are not and don't have to be a part of my life.

What is so different about the healing sessions I have experienced with Serge Benhayon than other practitioners is indeed no investment in getting an outcome or relief of a symptom. Rather an unwavering commitment to truth and addressing the underlying issues of what ails me and prevents me from living the beauty of who I truly am.

Gabriele, I love how you expose that many of the things the we simply live with, like feeling bloated and exhausted are not actually normal, that our bodies are actually communicating with us when we feel these things. This is a level of awareness that is missing in our world today. One that Serge Benhayon is reminding us all of, that delivers back to each of us self responsibility, and how this begins with having a deep, honest relationship with our bodies.

Gabrielle I can relate to the feeling of normal that I used to have before meeting Serge Benhayon. My normal then is nothing compared to my normal now and I feel many people in this world are accepting a level of life that is by all means not normal when we realise who we truly are. Serge brings to us the recollection of this knowingness and from there the true normal can be dis-covered.

The first time I attended a session with Serge Benhayon, there was only a sense of being held in a huge 'spaciousness of love' - a love with no attachments or impositions. It was if I was being met at the very core of my being without judgment or expectations and it was safe to be there - something I had not experienced with any other prior to Universal Medicine visits.

"As a client, you experience what you experience and you are left to your own devices, conclusions and judgments"- this is the level of deep honouring of every person and our free choice that Serge Benhayon expresses in very area, be it a session, a workshop or just a chat. Over 10 years I have found that he always always presents the highest, does not hold back from the fact that we are all divine and holds you in absolute love, regardless of what you do with that precious gift. Then the next time you meet him he offers exactly the same quality. Day after day this is how he lives consistently. And slowly those like me dare to once again trust that there is truth in the world and start opening up to the fact that when we choose to express the light of our Soul we are all the same me, you who are reading this and Serge.

I really enjoyed reading your blog Gabrielle. It took me back to my very first healing session with Serge about 9 years ago now. I remember it so clearly because I was so taken with how he spoke to me. He spoke to me very precisely and clearly that I really listened to every word. My body started to feel like it was being 'unscrambled' from how I saw the world from my narrow perspective to something that held far deeper wisdom and understanding. That meeting changed my life.

I too am constantly impressed by the lack of need that Serge Benhayon has to impress me or anyone else in any way. It is such an unusual trait in a person who holds centre stage as he does for so much of his life, no dazzle, no pomp, no ceremony, just a straight forward guy delivering Truth. In the session room Serge works with simplicity and tenderness, meeting his clients with zero judgment and a great deal of wisdom. His humbleness is an exquisite quality to experience it supports us to connect once again to our inner equality and essence, to see beyond the material realm into the world of energy and our responsibility within it. I love how Serge Benhayon always brings us back to the roots of our issues and our power to heal them, always delivered with such gentle grace.

Serge constantly is reminding us that we too are from the same place and can access and live with just as equally connection that he does. Every time I have connected with Serge either in emails, one-to-one sessions, presentations, workshops or courses - every single time he meets me as an equal reminding me that I too can connect the very same Divinity he does. I love reading your description of “Serge practises and lives divinity in action and that is how his treatments and presentations feel – an exchange between one who has claimed and lives this divinity and another who might be open to it (or not, it doesn’t make any difference to Serge) or is already on their way to claim this equal birthright in and for themselves, by their own free will and totally at their own pace.” Over the years I have been deeply touched by witnessing the care and the honouring of people with which Serge Benhayon lives. I have periodically struggled to see the divinity within people and at times I have been immensely harsh and damning about myself, yet I have never ever seen him waver in treating everyone as the equally divine Son of God that we all are regardless of what we may be presenting on the surface. This alone is one of the greatest gifts we can ever give another.

One of love rather than bashing. I often feel that whatever problem I present to him, when he asks what is wrong because he asks direct to the part of me that is untouched by life, I feel there is no issue. It's an incredibly healing way of communicating both verbally and on the session table. Starting from the point we are all equal and then addresses what may be in the way of us feeling that.

'as far as I was concerned, there was nothing and nobody out there to support me with what it was that I needed.'
That sounds like a very bleak place to be, but bleak is the right word for not being connected to our Soul. I can recall how desperately bleak I felt years ago. Using the tools and techniques, that is The Way of The Livingness, this changed my life so much so I felt like I was transformed. Should you decide to voice them, you are met in total equalness and from a point of deeply held stillness and inner connection that doesn’t need you to be anything other than what you already are." I had never before been met by anyone in this way until I met Serge and I knew instantly that I was in the presence of an extraordinarily ordinary man. Over the 9 years I have known him, he has always met me in this same way, and as a result I have been deeply inspired to change my life by making simple but different choices to how I live. It is rare to find a practitioner that “doesn’t need you to be anything other than what you already are”. Serge Benhayon knows that we already are whole and that the symptoms that we present with are the result of choices we have made, but he does not judge us at all. He holds us in love and we allow the healing to occur to whatever level we are able to receive at the time. There is no investment in any session, Serge Benhayon is there as a messenger of truth offering healing through the expression of his whole body; his hands, his voice, his movement.

Healing sessions with Serge Benhayon were remarkable in that I felt that there was a trust and assurance that I had equal access and understanding to the wisdom being shared. This included verbal exchanges and also with the hands on healing, where I could feel in every movement made and each point of contact, there was a response to what my body was signalling, rather than rehearsed technical skills. This may sound a like a subtle distinction but it was the difference in walking out of each session feeling empowered to live the expanded feeling of lightness and stillness embodied as a very natural and simple consequence. Serge Benhayon presented in every moment of every interaction how to honour my body and the divinity within it.

The ability to hold himself and everyone else in the quality of who we truly are and in a knowing that dispite what we may have accepted lesser in quality in our lives is not only inspiring but made very practical, tangible and delivered in a universal manner.

Imagine you meet someone who is frustrated, and instead of seeing their emotion, you connect to the person they actually are. Imagine the support that can be offered when a person is not judged for their behaviour, but seen as who they are. Such is the gift offered by Serge Benhayon.

'Serge practises and lives divinity in action and that is how his treatments and presentations feel – an exchange between one who has claimed and lives this divinity and another who might be open to it (or not, it doesn’t make any difference to Serge) or is already on their way to claim this equal birthright in and for themselves, by their own free will and totally at their own pace.' This is a very precise description of what Serge lives and how he treats every person he meet.

A beautiful testimonial - how much in life do we put up with as simply the norm, nothing that can be done to change it - and yet what Serge presents is that this doesn't have be the case, and he challenges those long held ideas, without trying to win you over and convince you, but simple presenting what he lives and knows to be true.

"Serge treats and talks to the part in us that is untouched and untarnished by life’s events and our accumulated hurts and disappointments, the part in every human being that is equally as present and available in every man, woman and child on earth." I can attest that this has been my experience of Serge Benhayon whether in a treatment session, in a workshop or in a personal conversation. In fact it seems like this is the only part of me and everyone else he sees and chooses to address. It feels deeply honouring and ever so empowering.

Absolutely Gabriele, with Serge Benhayon there is no act or show. It's quite startling to see a person who simply does not play these games, but yet is amazingly powerful to be around. Infact the choice to no longer entertain these charades of niceness and politeness, hardness or righteousness, lets an inner strength shine through that's always been there underneath. What an inspiration to us all.

I think the hardest thing in meeting Serge is that he lives from full equalnes and because he emanates so much love through his body he let you feel without words that you are the same big love. To accept that as humans again after living for so long in disregard and with no or little selflove it s very confronting. Depending the quality of lived love of the person who meets Serge he or she can react either with resistance or with just letting in all what Serge reflects to us...love.

In every interaction I have had with him this has been constant. Never have I been spoken down, held as less for not being aware or judged but held as equally divine but sometimes needing a reminder of such greatness that is within me and he has claimed and lives outwardly.

Gabrielle spot on - Serge just is all that he is and people might embrace that reflection or not , it does not matter, as the respect and grace Serge meets people with is not depended on how they will respond. How incredible is that. And how often and used are we to condition our attention ; seemingly called 'love'. Thank you for writing the impeccable the truth that Serge Benhayon shows every single human being - love is real and equal and never ever measured - in any way shape or form.

When you meet Serge you don't feel any special in away how he behaves or try to impress people or to put himself as knowing more.
Nothing of that you can feel on him. He just is himself, very natural, very normal. So are the teachings he delivers. They sometimes can be so simple that my mind can almost not follow it as it is so much used to be in complexity. The special in Serge is something what should not be special, the expansion of love felt through his body you don't feel a lot or better to say I never felt that with anybody else I met. This should be normal as we are all love. Serge reflects us to remember us how it is to live love again. So we can remember back who we are and return to who we are. It should be normal we all live that love as we are it.

Serge Benhayon is a very normal down to earth guy who tells it like it is. But that is very rare - and meeting him has shown how it is possible to live in a way that is absolutely honest and open - and in that - be able to hold everyone equally in the love that they are.

Gabriele, I used to walk around in chronic pain in my neck and shoulders and hips and had frequent migraines as well, putting up with them because I thought it was normal as you got older. I can feel the depth of the lack of love or care for myself for all those years of completely disregarding myself now that I am completely free of those ills. It's funny that what happens as we get older we tend to carry on with all of that build up inside, our frustrations, disappointments etc. it's amazing how in a few esoteric healing sessions we can completely let go of all of that and we discover it was Thant that was bogging us down.

Serge Benhayon has shown that if we are prepared to be honest with ourselves and say 'I'm not fine right now' - then our bodies will show us all there is to heal. For instance I can say I am doing great, but I have a mouth ulcer - that is not a natural part of the mouth and if I am willing to see this I know I get ulcers when I push myself too much. So it is for me to make a choice to deeply rest and eat foods that will be supportive and not racy. So compared to someone else it might be minimal but we need to stop comparing and keep reading our own bodies and what is going on for us and what we are prepared to nominate.

I have been very ill and exhausted before I met Serge Benhayon and I thought I need a break, I need to give up working for all and ever, I have to take a lot of breaks during my household work. When I met Serge Benhayon, he gave me the advice to go back to work, to commit to tasks and to live my life fully with me.
This advice was a blessing. I did what he said and my life started to change. Everything what I thought would do good to me, was more a withdrawing from life and as such drained my energy whereas everywhere where I committed to life I received energy and felt more full and vital. To meet Serge Benhayon was a blessing and supported me to regain health in my body.

Like you Gabriele I walked around with so many issues, physically and emotionally that I just accepted as my 'lot'. I couldn't see any way out of them as nothing that I tried worked. Looking backI can see that I incrementally gave up and accepted living a lesser life. I knew it wasn't true but it was all I knew how to do. Over time Serge changed all that, not by doing anything in particular that stood out, but by his gentle and confirming ways, his understanding without judgement, his ability to reawaken within myself the fact that I did know how to support myself back to a life worthy of living rather than existing in. He has supported me and many many others to reawaken to the fact and the absoluteness of love and its enduring power.

The unattached approach that Serge has to healing is completely the opposite to all other healing practices I have seen and experienced in the world today. In almost all health and healing fields there is a goal, aim, invested outcome and expectation that we are to achieve. But there is none of that from Serge as he holds this knowing that we are already everything and when that drive to fix ourselves is not engaged or fed it dies off and we get to see and feel more of what he sees in us always.

You have made a very interesting observation Gabriele about how Serge Benhayon's view of healing is about a persons own relationship with divinity. You mention a series of ailments that you had simply accepted as incurable and you would live with for the rest of your life... and yet Esoteric healing thrives on this kind of detail, using it as signposts to more subtle but deeply held issues that it is vital to shine light on to get to a deeper understanding of what is truly going on.

It is incredible how we come to accept our physical conditions or ailments as so normal, that we would not even think to mention them to a practitioner. We essentially accept a reinterpreted, degraded definition of health and wellbeing. This process appears to be continuing as our general state of health of our species diminishes further so that eventually it may be rare or unusual to not have a major illness or disease but will we accept this as normal or start asking how is it happening and seek to change what needs to be changed?

The way he talked the energy that came with how we spoke felt respectful, truthful and honest. Three things I find very important in my life. Must say that at that time I had not met a person before that lived and talked from this 3 aspects. Hence, I felt that the way he was presenting and what he was saying - was actually the truth. Hence what we was presenting was what he was living - hence this is truth on earth. So for me there was no escape than to feel I had found how truth , that I could yet only feel, this moment in time could start to live myself.

First thank you Gabriele for sharing such richness about this man Serge Benhayon.
As simply said - his patience with people is to a degree I have never seen and that is because he truly loves people no matter what. He observes them, loves them, no matter what they act or say. Well from my own point of view, and especially in the past, I would not be able to observe people truly and hold love for them. But now I start to understand how - as I life in a way that holds myself more and more in understanding and so understanding all other people equally so, because in this understanding of my own choices I feel and recognise the paths of more people, so by holding me I hold them. Hence, what Serge is living within himself he brings to others and he is simply said an example of how to hold an understanding and love for oneself that is by virtue of our oneness, equally the love and understanding we hold for someone else - the best point to start with - forever more. Thank you Serge Benhayon for your shining light that gives all space to be all who he/she is ..

During the session my body felt different and alive again. I have not turned back since.

This is remarkable, that there was no pressure from Serge Benhayon to 'get better' during your sessions. You could feel his unimposing nature and this left you to make your own choices with his constant reflection of all the potential that you hold.

You are so right Shami. Before I went to a practitioner of Universal Medicine therapies I had never experienced true care that didn't 'need' me to do anything. A true healer knows it is the client that chooses to heal not the practitioner.

I feel a lot of people will touch on this quality as it stands out so much. To be appreciated for who you truly are no matter what is going on is something to really take note of. There are all manners of things running around trying to get you to do everything and yet when we are truly left in our own space you see it is all our choice to make. A true blessing for us all.

I can relate very much to what you share Gabriele, I had pretty much given up on feeling differently with respect to many aspects of life, accepting a range of niggling ailments and issues as 'just me', taking any number of supplements, herbs, having acupuncture weekly etc to 'manage' them. One session with Serge Benhayon and everything started to change... and I mean everything! Today, like you, life bears no resemblance to that time and I live with no niggles and 'manage' nothing.

He is for me the role model practitioner, the person who is a practitioner living in true support of everyone and holding all in absolute love. Their is no arrogance, superiority or better than complex in Serge. What he presents is not the fix but the reflection to deeply heal should one choose.

It is true Serge Benhayon has no charisma at all and this was something I noticed when I first met him. My first one-to-one session with him left me a little confused as he said very little compared to the various practitioners that I had met previously met who wanted to tell me what I could do to feel better and told me what was wrong with me and how they could put me right. Nothing like that from Serge, he sat and listened as I spoke about my life, no judgement or need to interject which was not what I was used to. On one level it was very refreshing, but there was also a feeling of what just happened in there. I now know it was that Serge was not filling my neediness for answers or offering to fix me in anyway and I was not used to that. Looking back I was left to feel my own presence without imposition and this was such a rare thing to feel I was not sure what to make of it, but something inside me knew this was it even though I didn't know what the it was.

‘What always stood out for me about Serge Benhayon is the fact that he has no charisma at all, none whatsoever”. Although this could seem like an insult it is actually a great compliment. Serge’s humility is very noticeable, as it is rare to find in people. Meeting someone who clearly had no self-interest and let me be myself was extraordinary in a world where I constantly feel I am being sold things or asked to be someone I am not.

The Esoteric modalities work on a multi-dimensional level we are only just beginning to familiarise ourselves with. Humongous thanks to Serge Benhayon for bringing through these techniques.

How often do we seek relief when in-truth it is reflection that resurrects us? That is, to see another walk who they truly are, allows us to see who we truly are so that we may re-turn to and live from that one and same expression that lives within us all. Like a star in a darkened sky, Serge Benhayon offers this unfaltering reflection without any desire to be noticed for it. He represents the truth of where we are all going, albeit at our own pace.

He doesn't use any part of his being or personality to convince anyone of anything. As you say Gabriele, he leaves everyone be and does not impose on anyone one iota. With that there is no judgment at all as well. What is the most extraordinary thing for me is that with this we are then able to feel ourselves in this moment, without any interference. Sometimes with that we are left to feel the discomfort of our own choices. 'My life before the first session with Serge bears scant resemblance to my life now.' This is a sound testimony that highlights the consistency Serge Benhayon lives from day to day and year to year. Love, integrity and truth are his life and a life lived like this is deeply inspiring.

It is sad to consider that for most of us misery is the norm. In fact it is so normal it is rarely even questioned. This in itself highlights a great sickness within humanity few are addressing. Serge Benhayon has been one of the few to see it in full without reaction and offer the true inspiration to us all that there is indeed a different way.

'For Serge Benhayon, a client’s healing path is never about outcomes, it is always about the person and their relationship with their divinity, one that they are free to accept or reject, free to pursue or drop.' I find this deeply inspiring and an example of what true healing is about.

It is an absolute joy to be in a workshop, course, presentation, session or just in conversation with Serge Benhayon as there is not an ounce of imposing or trying to prove himself, not one bit. There never has been since I first meet him 14 years ago and it has been a consistent experience of him sharing and then on a equal ground with everyone.

Knowing that all that plays out is no us but the choices we make. Huge yet so really and putting honesty back into the game of comfort and irresponsibility.

To know and live that the behaviours and patterns that I go into or the emotional energies that run through me is not who I am, I have found and am finding life-changing. Being awakened by Serge Benhayon to this simple truth has had an immense impact on my well being and how I see people, events and situations in life.

From the first moment I met Serge Benhayon, nearly 14 years ago, it was obvious that he was not relying on charisma to “dazzle, impress, convince,” those he was presenting to; he was simply presenting from the truth that he knew and lived. He seemed so ordinary, but I soon learned that he is anything but. He is a man who makes sense of a world, which to many, including me, does not make sense, and a man who offers the answers to so many of life’s questions without a skerrick of expectation but with buckets loads of love.

I find it very interesting how we can dismiss what is on offer because of long, held beliefs and pictures of how life 'should' be. We think we know and have all the answers which we do but we can only access this knowing through being open and this I am inspired by Serge Benhayon. Being open prepares me for what is next and that can come in unexpected or unusual ways.

A recent report from the World Health Organisation tells us that obesity in children has gone up tenfold, and there are1.8 billion obese adults, yet the same old way of eating is championed and has been so since the end of WW2 and what has changed? Obesity continues to rise. What does it take for us to see that the way we have been living doesn't work? Serge Benhayon lives another way, he lives the love he connects to within him. When others are inspired to live with the connection to their inner-most then changes occur and there is not a diet in sight. It's a clear and obvious proof that living from within us is the way forward.

"The difference Esoteric Healing and Serge have made in my life is monumental, to say the very least." I'm with you there Gabriele, it's totally amazing the transformation I have made by my own choices since coming into contact with the Way of the Livingness and the inspiration of Serge Benhayon.

Its amazing how as human beings we will often want someone else to fix our problems without looking at why they were caused in the first place.

When addressing the part of us which is untarnished, we are given an opportunity to see beyond our hurts and perceptions and connect to our essence. This connection is what is lacking in so many of us, and what is missing in the world.

This is what I so appreciate about the teachings and presentation of Serge Benhayon there is not an ounce of him that wants you to get it to be converted because he said so. Everyone one is left to be themselves and they get it or not it doesn’t matter because everyone gets ‘it’ in the end which is we all go back to the one soul it is the divine order of the universe, fact.

Being in the presence of someone who is their own person, without needing anything from you or to be anything for you is a real blessing. In those moments I have the space to reach my own answers and these are more powerful than being given an answer without feeling it first.
