Serge Benhayon The Philosopher

What comes to your mind when you hear or read the word 'philosopher'?

  • Is it an elderly man from a long past age, wearing a robe and with scrolls under his arm?
  • Do you think of a person at home in the cloistered atmosphere of a library, surrounded by the great literary, philosophical and scientific works of the ages, deeply contemplating the mysteries of life? 
  • Perhaps you think of a person who is fascinated by the turnings of the universe and humanity in general but not so concerned with the small details of daily life and not so interested in getting close to or knowing people?
Serge Benhayon is without question a man who turns all such concepts of a philosopher completely on its head. 

Serge is the most ordinary of men. He lives a normal family life in a small town in Northern New South Wales, surrounded by family and friends who deeply love him. He goes to the bank, cooks meals and takes out the garbage. He runs a very successful business, which he takes care of to the finest detail. He is warm, deeply engaging and interested in everyone he meets; he is a great friend and a great supporter of people in the development of their own endeavours. 
Serge is a very ordinary man who at the same time is the most utterly extraordinary 
of men. 
It can be stated without hesitation or reserve –
he is a leading philosopher of our times.

Serge is a master of the metaphysical and the physical at once.  
He has defined philosophy as 'the all encompassing way of thinking … you are always thinking globally, universally brotherhood.'

Serge Benhayon’s life stands as testament to the living of this principle. He has an energetic understanding that encompasses life in its entirety, from the most profound knowing of the mysteries of the Universe all the way to a deep understanding of human relationships and 'why' we do the things that we do. He has a grasp of quantum physics that leaves experts in the field spinning on their ears and a level of understanding of the workings of the human body that leaves doctors and biologists amazed and inspired. 
He shares the Wisdom of the Ages with an openness, generosity and humbleness that is rarely encountered in this world. He presents the energetic mysteries of life in a language that is simple and accessible to all. Serge is a great observer with clarity who takes in every facet and nuance of life. He engages with life at every point with ease, humour and tangible love.

There are many qualities Serge Benhayon holds in abundance that make him so unique and such and example of what it is to be a true philosopher.

The philosophy that Serge shares is sourced from the way he lives his life in every moment. He is the living, breathing embodiment of the Way of the Livingness. This is the day-to-day human face of the Ageless Wisdom, a body of teachings that make the love of God tangible, human and real. He lives every word he teaches and as such he makes the metaphysical very real and accessible. Far from lost in a world of abstraction and theory, he lives a real life, filled with love and connection to all of humanity and its aching need for truth.

Another quality that makes him one of the greatest philosophers of this era is his unwavering commitment to truth, love and the true well-being of all humanity equally. He lives this to the tiniest detail, from the way he walks through a room to the way he delivers lectures and sermons, all filled with the most heartfelt commitment to truth and the power to change lives. Every moment of his life is a dedication to the One Unified Truth – that which will restore us all to the beauty and glory that live within us all, and hence the true Brotherhood we are. 
Serge takes the idea of philosophy back to its origins – the love of wisdom, a living wisdom that comes from a loving life, lived well.

The greatest aspect of this man is that he generously and unreservedly opens the door for us to re-connect to the philosopher that lives inside us all, perhaps as yet undiscovered. 

He is a philosopher who inspires by living example. His every step lights the way, inspiring us to go within and make our life the expression of love and truth it can most naturally be.
