Serge Benhayon and Walking Therapy – A profound healing experience

Serge Benhayon has presented many times that ‘expression is everything’ and our expression includes every movement that we engage in – whether it be breathing, walking, talking, writing or resting. He has also demonstrated that the quality of energy we bring to those movements has a significant impact in the way we live.

Over the years I have had the opportunity to listen to many of Serge Benhayon’s presentations consistently emphasising the power of movement. I recall his first demonstration of this was in a guided Gentle Breath Meditation years ago when he suggested we think a negative thought or an emotional situation with the negative series of thought that goes with that and then he had us adjust our posture in a gentle way, demonstrating that when we moved in that way we could not sustain the negative thinking.
I worked with that seeming miracle as an ongoing practice, whether it was how I was sitting or walking I brought awareness to move in a gentle way. What happened over time, as I worked with this simple instruction, was that I was no longer the victim of my negative thinking because I found that by changing my movements in the simple way that had been demonstrated my thinking changed. I literally was no longer the prisoner of my mind and the resolution of that was through this new-found awareness and how I could move and situate my body gently. At the start, it was Serge’s simple instruction to breath and move gently which enabled a deeper connection with my innermost quality.

Serge had imparted over the years that we can move in a way that enhances our connection to our Soul and in fact live in a way that each moment becomes a divine expression. He presents that this way of moving – moving in a way that our bodily vehicle becomes an expression that can en-house the Soul – not only supports us to live in a way that is more harmonious and loving, but opens us to accessing a deeper wisdom and intelligence that is ours simply by initiating and developing this profound awareness.
Most recently Serge Benhayon expanded his direct and effective teachings with the ‘Walking Therapies’ now being offered in a group format. Serge Benhayon first offered ‘Walking Therapies’ in 1999 to support ‘movement that is impulsed by the light of one’s Soul’.
I was curious about the therapies – Serge had demonstrated many times a grace of movement and how the intention behind a movement has a significant impact. For instance, if you are looking at the destination where you have to get to, you can lose the quality of your walking; or, if you are thinking about what you are going to do tomorrow as you walk, again that is going to also affect how you move as you walk. If you are focussed on being with your body as you walk, again that has a different effect as does having a sense of purpose in your stride.

I approached the Walking Therapies very much as I had the previous presentations on the body, simply assuming that it would be a further development of energetic awareness. It ended up being far more than that. For myself the results were nothing short of miraculous.
I have always had a bad curve in my spine – a kyphosis of the thoracic spine – it had been set there since I was a teenager and no amount of sitting up straight, osteopathic treatment, physiotherapy, exercises had really assisted the condition. So there I was walking and listening and following the instructions given – some general to the group and some to me personally – and we simply walked and kept walking –  we had been walking and listening to instructions for an hour or so and as I responded to a specific command offered by Serge I walked for about 5 minutes or so and then in a split second there was a loud crack as my spine unfolded and my back ‘corrected’ – my thoracic spine literally straightened and my shoulders hunched from the years of the condition simply moved out from the configuration of 40 or more years. I was walking with a straight back. There was no human intervention in this – it was unassisted except for the instructions given by Serge in the walking presentation.
A few weeks on and my back remains fluid and straight. I can still ‘slump’ but it no longer feels ‘normal’ and the correction to straighten it is effortless – whereas previously I was straining against the physical restrictions of the bodily structure to hold a straightened posture and the effort was unsustainable.  Those who have known me for years have been struck by the profound physical change and the therapists who have worked on my body over the years have been astounded. The Walking Therapies have added another ‘miracle’ to the many I have experienced by following the instructions for healing offered by Serge Benhayon.

To realise that we can no longer be a victim of our negative thinking has the power to change the way humanity is and lives. It should make the national news. Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine have to be thanked for this huge realisation that we are the masters of our lives and well being and that we are not victims at all.

It's fascinating that we have championed thinking and problem solving as the way to approach humanity's challenges, when much of our wellbeing has to do with the way we move and the quality of energy we move in. The whole body can lead us back to vitality and wellbeing, not the mind and it’s form of intelligence that makes decisions to smoke, overeat and harm the body in various ways.

Well stated, Maryline. The game changing approach to life Serge Benyahon is offering through his own livingness is absolutely remarkable but normal. It is remarkable in its simplicity and power but it is not difficult to achieve. It simply requires a change in focus and a commitment to living truth and love - an awareness we all have innately and are born with but in our current way of focus lose connection to but never lose entirely.

Serge Benhayon has rewritten the text book on health, vitality and well-being. The amazing transformations that have occurred to hundreds if not thousands of people because of the teachings and presentations he has brought through, should be headline news. But I am positive that one day the revelations offered will become part of our every day and considered normal in societies everywhere.

What you say in regards to Serge Benhayon does not surprise me at all. I had regular weekly sessions with the same psychiatrist for over 20 + years, and to be honest nothing really changed except I was confirmed in being a victim of life. Meeting Serge Benhayon and participating in the Universal Medicine workshops, has changed my life completely from being a victim and withdrawing from life to fully participating in life by taking full responsibility for myself. If there are any regrets it is that I didn't come across Serge Benhayon earlier in my life.

Hello Mary, thank you for your comment, I would like to read more about what you have shared in a blog or article as I'm sure many people seeking assistance as you have but not experiencing change would relate. I myself tried literally everything from counselling to alternative therapies but it wasn't until I found Serge and Universal Medicine Therapies that life began to truly change for me. Melinda I have just shared my experience of ill mental health on the web site called Medicine and Serge Benhayon. I wanted to share with the world just how profound the workshops and presentations of Serge Benhayon truly are. One of my greatest fears as I aged was the thought of living in a mental institution. Thanks to the teachings of Serge Benhayon and my willingness to work on myself that is not a reality for me any more.

Thanks Mary for your reply, after living with someone who had a mental illness for 35 years and did at times need to be placed into psychiatric care wards I know first hand the incredible nature of what you have shared here, and I feel the very practical approach Serge has to healing ourselves via self care and self love, let alone all the other wisdom Serge shares about the human condition, could revolutionise psychiatry and medicine in general. We are all living prof of his work. Thanks for the reference to your blog also.

One of the first things I picked up from a healing workshop offered by Serge Benhayon was that the way I had been treating clients as a therapist was actually creating a dependency and a disempowerment for them. Its impact although subtle, was very noticable when I felt it in a role play exercise. In contrast Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine inspire and support a great deal of clarity, understanding wisdom and responsibility. They are immensely empowering.

Alison her body experience with the walking therapy with Serge Benhayon is such a great example how powerful it is when we make life first about energy. How the choice of energy we align to can make a big different for our body to become healthy again. We are so much used to look at the symptoms and sometimes try to get them away with a push as it doesn't fit our life to have ' that problem', it is in the way. But then your sharing shows how our body can improve so much when we align energetically to the divine source available for us all. Serge Benhayon lives in such a deep loving quality within his body that when we align with him in full our body can make a shift into its true shape which can then also start to deepen its divine expression,
Great to hear Alison what It did for you and your body. Congratulations. As it asks from one to really surrender to what gets offered.

I agree there is so very much more to life and healing than the current model champions. One issue is that what Serge Benhayon presents works, is simple, does not cost anything and is available to EVERYONE EQUALLY. Well that is a bit too radical for those who have an investment whether it be money, power, identification or anything else in keeping themselves or others in the dark.

These walking therapies confirm that movement is the key to so much. For me I felt my feet walking on the floor, could feel how stiff my hips were, how forward my shoulders slumped and as I tuned in to my body in that way I felt a fiery glow run up my spine. I have tried so hard all my life to get things right and it was so amazing that that simply walking Truth makes such a difference. Not as dramatic as yours, Alison, but life changing nevertheless.

Amazing, thank you for sharing all this Alison. It strikes me how powerful delicate movements can in truth be - and how much our physical body is impacted by energy first - so no amount of trying to 'force' our body back into alignment will work unless we are also addressing the underlying energy behind the mis-alignment.

I was present at the same walking therapies and remember the change in Alison’s body as it stood out so clearly. In the years I’ve known her, I had not seen her stand so straight and tall, I was witnessing a miracle.
For me, I could have kept walking for hours as it felt beautiful being me in my body and walking without any of the constraints I realised I carry around with me as I walk everyday. With this sense of real freedom in the body I felt the power in who I truly am in each step, taking that into my everyday.

I have been reading the comments of some of the people that have also experienced the Walking Therapy modality offered by Serge Benhayon. And it seems to me that this is yet another string to the bow of life, to be able to go out into everyday life with confidence and not be rocked by the brutish way we live with each other. For example in the run up to Christmas 'Goodwill to all men" seems to have gone out of fashion to be replaced with people going around in a frenzy trying to get everything organized for just a few days of the year and their patience with themselves and others has been completely abandoned. So to be able to walk amongst such intense energy and not be affected by it would be a huge reflection for everyone to feel.

That's are Wow! Alison. I also experienced this walking therapy. My life through the way I walk has instantly changed. We do a lot of walking in our life. If there is no purpose, an upright posture, a presence to being in flow with all our movements while we walk, and a focus in how we are walking we are placing our body into the state we are thinking. What I have experienced since the instructions to walk with all of me in my power, I'm up against the momentum of many many footsteps of holding this back. Movement in the true energy of being with me, my tenderness and grace, offers a harmonious relationship with my body and my thoughts. As Alison has expressed and my experience has proven loving movements can offset depressive mental activity and manic abusive behaviour.

I was also at the same 'Walking Therapies' group with Alison and I saw the difference with what Alison refers, the change in Alison’s physical structure. I could see it for myself from across the room before it was mentioned. We each have the opportunity to accept the adjustments of our own bodies as offered by Serge Benhayon in these sessions and each persons experience will be as individual as we are. For me it become clear in shoes, that evening when I went to wear some slip-on slippers, I realized I couldn’t walk without adjusting my whole body movement, it was like walking in flippers. This did make me laugh.
Some of the shoes I wore revealed other constrictions and restrictions to my feet and walking, so I lovingly said no to them and purchased shoes that supported me to walk all of me in my power. I’m walking me the shoes aren’t influencing the way I move.

The power of movement. I too have been listening to Serge Benhayon present on this topic over the years and I can understand why he consistently presents on it, because we have to hear it over and over again to break down that we think how we move does not effect anything. But the reality is, it effects everything. I have started to move with much more gentleness and grace, and the hardness that I lived in for so long that I think would have eventually taken my life, has dissipated beyond compare. And that is due to the way I move and the healing that comes from that. Miracles abound. Thanks for sharing yours with us all. TRULY AMAZING and a testimony to the power of our movements.
I was hoping Serge would present the Walking Therapies when over in the UK, maybe this will be something people will get to experience another time … as I can feel just how profound and healing Walking Therapies is but then again I can choose this in my everyday anyway .. how I move. Very inspiring.

What you share here Alison is a miracle. To change the structure of your body when it had been set in its way for 40 odd years is unheard of. Normally it takes medical intervention to change the structure of the back so to change yours without anyone laying a hand on you is truly miraculous and should be noted by the medical profession.

Reading the part about no longer being a victim of negative thoughts a part of me didn’t want to read that even though I’ve heard it many times. The part that doesn’t want to be responsible and sit in misery. However through the teachings of Serge Benhayon I’ve learnt about the constant communications from my body, having these tantrum thoughts caused my calves to cramp! I cannot live as a victim of negative thoughts and emotions anymore, like a food intolerance my body cannot support that way of living anymore.

WOW!! That is incredible, and believable!! I recently participated in a walking therapy class and I could absolutely feel the difference between my usual walk where I'm just on a mission and not even considering my body, and this new walk with awareness. I can feel myself being walked through my chest almost like an energy moving me forward.

Thank you Alison for sharing your profound healing from your Walking Therapy session with Serge Benhayon! I am in awe of the All that Serge brings to us, to anybody who is ready and willing to receive, hear and feel. It makes total sense that how we walk, what we walk with, has a huge impact on our bodies; and we all can feel the graceful, present and un-hurried walking person's emanation, compared to the rushing, stressed, maybe even anger laden walk of another. I loved my Walking Therapy Session with Serge and it gave me a clear imprint of what it feels like to walk all of me, without push or drive, but with surrender and allowing heaven and my Soul to impulse me. Yes, it's another amazing Universal Medicine Healing Modality, and equally as powerful as all the Modalities are that Serge Benhayon has brought to us, bringing miracles everywhere.

An amazing testimony Alison of the healing and ever-deepening transformation that can transpire when the teachings and presentations of Serge Benhayon are embraced. My life has transformed immensely by bringing awareness to how I move and to the quality that is moving me, inspired by Serge Benhayon and his presentations. And just when I am already in awe of the changes in my life and what is revealed, we are offered the opportunity to continue to go deeper where ‘boom’ more is revealed of how we can deepen our relationship with not only our bodies but our connection to Soul, to all that we are in essence. With every deepening there is a healing and a freeing, which brings a far greater presence and quality of who we are to life.

Wow. I am intrigued. If walking in a true way is so amazingly healing, I wonder what impact it is having on us when we don’t – which seems like our more habitual way. If true movement invites the particles to be in their truer formation, the opposite must be true – if we continuously move and express in a not true way, that must surely put particles, not only of itself, but as well as what surrounds it, in a misalignment of some sort. I wonder if that is where a ‘hurt’ gets created – particle collusions/frictions as a result of misalignment. How powerful is that if more and more people started walking in a true way.

Alison, as someone that has known you for years and was in the Walking Therapies group with you, I can attest to the miracle that unfolded right before our eyes. I am in awe of the simplicity of how such remarkable healing occurred, leaving me in no doubt whatsoever that when the person is ready and given the required space and the support, true healing is a normal and natural occurrence. That this is not yet our norm’ across the board shows us the degree to which we are not yet truly open to the grace that is always on offer for us to heal should we be fully surrendered to the process.

Reading this again confirms to me the fact that there is far more to life than physical flesh alone and true whole medicine must take into account the whole of a person including the “metaphysical” or energetic factor. A factor that has been recognised but never truly applied into human life with the deep wholesome understanding of responsibility and love that Serge Benhayon brings to it.

There is so much information stored in our body because of our genetic inheritance and our whole life choices. This information is made of energy that configures the structure of our body and movements in different ways. What Serge offers with his presentations and workshops is an opportunity for us to be aware of those facts and the opportunity of claiming the restoration of harmony in our body. Being, living and walking the grandness we are designed to be, it's at our hands just by choice.

Living proof that until we address the energetic root cause behind a condition, nothing will shift it and when we do nail it, how much the body can instantly make the shift. Serge Benhayon makes the nature of energy his number one focus in life, naming the quality of the invisible forces that flow through us all the time. Here is a key for all of the work that Serge Benhayon presents - "I worked with that seeming miracle as an ongoing practice, whether it was how I was sitting or walking I brought awareness to move in a gentle way." The key being that its US who have to do the work, put it into our living way. No one is going to do this for us - no one - and there is no magic wand, we are the ones who have the opportunity to make this our lived way, or we abandon it as a 'nice idea' but don't apply it. It's always down to us.

If we stop and think about how we move, today it is clear that there is a lot of repeated movements. We move from the couch to the car, to the office chair... And so the body is trained to be a certain way, and through changing those movements, the health of the body can change.

"I literally was no longer the prisoner of my mind"
So many of us are so dominated by our thoughts and what is worse thinking that the thoughts we have are ours; we own them because they are in our heads, so they must be ours. This doesn't make any sense to me I cannot understand for example why an intelligent person that I know tried to commit suicide they told me they heard voices in their head which encouraged them. That to me is a perfect example of being a prisoner of our minds.

Such a powerful and important messgage you share Alison, that all we have to do to free ourselves from negative thoughts is change how we move and move in a way that is gentle to the body and breath. And I love the fact that we do not have to look outside of ourselves for the answers, something I have done all my life, but rather everything we will ever need we already have within and how we access that intelligence is in how we move. I too had one of those mouth wide open stop moments several years ago, when Serge Benhayon supported many of us to walk with a deeper connection to our Soul.
After years of applying physical and energetic corrections for the scoliosis of my spine, and the twist and the hunch I had developed and the tightness in my body, there was a shift. Bystanders later told me that in that moment I became straighter and taller, but I was unaware of that. All I could feel was that my body felt better tuned and oiled and I was moving as if I was gliding. Years of burden had lifted from within me.
That was amazing, and it was not Serge doing a miracle to me, but supporting me to reconnect to an aspect of my Soul I had locked myself away from for a long time. That was the miracle! And from that my posture and my walk changed, and who knows how many other aspects of my life which I might have not been aware of at the time.

I have had chiropractic and osteopathy treatments in the past for neck and back problems, which I found painful, uncomfortable and the force applied to my back or neck felt extreme. I was quite shaken after each of these sessions. What I know is completely different are all the esoteric medicine modalities, the way they are applied and the way they truly support the body - no force, no push or trying, no shock or trauma to the body, simply gentle, tender care. There is no need for force or pushing - the Esoteric Medicine modalities are pure gold, and, the gentlest most tender form of complementary medicine I have ever had, and my body responds far greater, and more sustainably than with any other form of healing/complementary medicine.

When we focus on the quality of our movements we can dispel a great many behaviours that have kept our bodies ensnarled in negatives beliefs. A simplistic but extremely powerful remedy to our heady complications.

To live as a prisoner of one’s mind is to live a life that is far from who we are and some may argue their case but it doesn’t make sense to me that we give our power away and allow this way of being to occur in our every day life.

Serge Benhayon has often presented that it is the quality of our movement that creates, or impulses the quality of our thoughts. This turns around completely how we think we think. The walking therapies is another gift that will support us to change our movement in every moment thereby, awakening the true mind and wisdom within.

I'd say it's quite common to think of our mind or thoughts as being discrete or separate from our body but I certainly have experienced the big difference it can make to the way I think according to how I've been moving or what posture I've been in. There is much to appreciate in what Serge Benhayon says about expression being everything.

In one of the recent workshops Serge Benhayon demonstrated several rounds of walking, with each one he walked with a different flavor. In each walk he put his body in a particular momentum: eg thinking ahead or holding onto burdens in the shoulders or tightening the lower with contraction and holding back. Compared to his normal graceful walk, these other movements seemed awkward, restricted and uncomfortable.
It was amazing to realize although I had never consciously thought about it, I actually recognized each flavor of walk. I myself had walked in that way and also I had observed others doing the same.
There is far more to how we walk than we tend to realize.

'I was no longer the victim of my negative thinking because I found that by changing my movements in the simple way that had been demonstrated my thinking changed.' This simple teaching is transformational when we take responsibility to bring it into our lived way of life. And therein we see the power of Serge Benhayon's teachings - when they are lived by us - but we are the ones that live them or not.

Even in just this simple part at the beginning, where you explain what happens to thoughts just by adjusting our posture, is life changing, and for me really calls in to view questions about what exactly is going on in the world if there are still such global issues as there are today and to question if all of these issues could be addressed with a very different approach if everyone was taught about the science of energy and it's relationship with the human body.

Now I live with a healthy sense of my own worth, a level of self-love that at one time I only wished and hoped were possible. It is remarkable indeed and revolutionary to consider that we can live free of our minds influence when many people who struggle in their life with any issue would consider themselves a prisoner to what their mind is thinking or leading them to do or believe. So it is indeed a very powerful and healing tool or revelation to simply know that you can change your thoughts via the body and by simply moving differently thereby bypassingbthe mind altogether.

I am only beginning to fully embody this truth and have noticed the huge difference when I walk with the quality of presence - being full present with each step - or in your words; 'each moment becomes a divine expression'. Now when I go into an old movement ( of moving without presence) it feels so yuk, and with this awareness I readjust. Very true. And it is significant that it is the choice of energy we draw on that frees up both mind and body.
Not so easy to free up the mind by thinking ourselves out of the lock, since we are using the same energy that locked it up.
Reflection from outside and at times an incident can get us out of the spin we are locked into.
How we can support ourselves is by deliberately choosing the quality with which we move our body to change the energy we are drawing on as explained here. It is also possible to adjust our breathing.
If we consciously keep our mind with these activities, it is amazing how the quality of our thoughts change too.

I remember Serge Benhayon demonstrating a guided Gentle Breath Meditation where he suggested we slump slightly in the chair think a negative thought or an emotional situation, this was very easy to do. When we adjusted our posture, the negative thoughts I had simply vanished when I sat up right in my chair. This was fascinating as I recalled so many times while at school I was slumped in my chair bored by the subject and the teacher day dreaming, while looking out of the window. I wondered if I had sat more up right in my chair is it possible I would have been far more engaged with the class.

I recall that significant understanding gained from Serge Benhayon inviting those attending the workshop to “adjust our posture in a gentle way, demonstrating that when we moved in that way we could not sustain the negative thinking.”
The fact that the quality of our movements affect our thoughts and experience of life, show that it is not our ‘thoughts’ which we can directly affect, but it is the “quality of our movements” which aligns our body to what type of thought we receive.
This has been a huge revelation for me, as it has opened up the inner reflection on “what level of choice is our ‘free will’ truly?" Is it when we choose to have the ice-cream, what flavour we choose, or is it the choices we made that got us to the point that we sought ice-cream in the first place?

When I don't, my back starts to ache and I can feel there is not the connection to my body that I know is possible. Expression is also in the many moments of silence. I guess there is never a moment where we do not express! Serge Benhayon has often presented words about walking over the years, I remember one where he helped us to be more aware of how we moved around the house, walking from room to room. For example, going to the toilet, we don't normally think about it, we just get up and go, but the steps we take and the way we move leave an imprint both where we have walked and in our bodies. Awareness of our movements is developing and more and more we are coming to recognise the importance of our intention and presence as we move.

And what I love now is how he is sharing this walk with everyone, as is his way - to never hold anything back only for himself, but to openly give all that he has so that we may experience our own power and grace.

I'm just starting to have an understanding that our movements are everything, how we move, are we moving in an energy of frustration or anger for example and if so do we realise that we are giving off that emotion with every movement we make, that we all do matter. And if we were to take responsibility for our movements in everything we did we would all see such a dramatic change in humanity. The more I understand movement and just how impactful it is the more I understand true responsibility.

Not before Serge Benhayon did I appreciate the importance of movement. It is so powerful - and interestingly enough we seem to be in a society where we don't actually move that much anymore. Or when we do it becomes about drive and exercise or getting somewhere. But what if there was so much more movement could offer us - as is shared here - what if it supports a deep connection with our bodies?

We move our body in a certain way from the time we learn to walk and this impress remains as an energy and physically as tissue memory; the body will adapt and adjust to what makes us move and the thoughts, doubts and emotions that come with it. The modality of Walking Therapies is very powerful in addressing both the mental/emotional and the physical trails of our movement on earth.

Wow, Alison what a powerful testimonial. Absolutely amazing, and having known you for some time I can feel the majesty of your movements now at a whole other level. The Walking Therapies are incredible in what they offer us - to walk in and with the universe beside us and through us, as opposed to walking with all the influences and ideals we have taken on that keep us capped and small.
The transformation you experienced on this physical level alone is testimony to what this healing modality, along with the other esoteric healing modalities Universal Medicine has offered to us all, can bring when we say yes to living with our soul.
As Serge Benhayon once beautify said to me, 'miracles are simple when there is truth.'

Just seeing them move reminds me of Serge and the beautiful things he shared about how we can walk. It’s huge the changes he makes to peoples lives, just through love. I can see with my friend we carry with us these imprints wherever we go. So why not make our every step about surrender, letting go and embracing what Serge presents and what we all know.

Wow so gorgeous to read Alison. It goes to show that we do heal ourselves by the way we move. I have been absolutely loving the teachings from Serge Benhayon about movement and walking and it makes so much sense that most of our woes ar created and sustained by how we move. We only have to look at a depressed person who walks dragging their feet and slumping their back to understand how that posture can not be supportive of feeling great and vital.

Movement is an incredibly powerful agent of change - how we are moving now magnifies what we feel into our bodies, and likewise emanates out to others what is going on for us. That can be harming, multiplying a movement by 20, 30, 40 years or more... and then being surprised that it has caused an illness or a problem. Equally it can be healing when we choose to move differently, and so we always have an opportunity to change, and heal.

Too me the teachings and presentations by Serge Benhayon are to build awareness with our bodies so that we can feel there is a deeper connection to a quality that is within us all. It's as simple and as innocent as that. What stands out here, is the experience that you had which was life changing. So, this means that nothing was read from a book and taken in as gospel. As in fact you could feel the body that you have and experienced it for what it is. This goes to show that there is great intelligence simply within our bodies and if a book is chosen for its knowledge, then perhaps we all could be considering from what intelligence that book not only comes from, but also what it seeks to perpetuate.

I now love walking, not to get fit or get from A to B, but because of the connection with my body and soul and rhythm it calls me back to.

"Everything that Serge Benhayon presents can be tested and felt in one’s own body" So true Fiona. Serge invites everyone to feel for themselves what feels true for them. No diktats, no imposing - just an offering for us to take - or leave, as we choose.

Over the years of attending presentations by Serge Benhayon, he has consistently shared the importance of the quality of our movement and how it affects everything. By being more aware of how I am walking is supporting more grace and fluidity in my movements and brings a stop to any ill thoughts that have re-configured the body to be in contraction.
"Most recently Serge Benhayon expanded his direct and effective teachings with the ‘Walking Therapies’ now being offered in a group format".

Remarkable. When we connect to our Soul, there is no end to the depth of love, wisdom and healing on offer for it is a direct channel through to the Heaven within.

"I was no longer the victim of my negative thinking because I found that by changing my movements in the simple way that had been demonstrated my thinking changed". This is extraordinary for it shows that no-one needs to feel like a victim to the thoughts that come through and its as simple as the quality of our movements.

Thank you Alison for sharing this as it presents us with yet another profound example of what the The Way Of the Livingness and Universal Medicine offers us to explore for ourselves in the name of self-empowerment and in honor of living all that we are in essence – that we are the ones that are in command of the quality of our movements with what we choose to align to and how we are choosing to position ourselves to allow a quality of energy move through us. In being aware of our how we are moving we then know precisely how we need to position ourselves so our Soul is the expression that we are walking with or more so is walking us.

Moving gently to clear negative thoughts. I’ve been plagued with an internal radio every so often and yet until reading this today never associated it with being a negative thought. As if ‘negative thoughts’ where only the self-deprecating kind but thats not true. I can move gently out of the internal radio or thoughts that are not aware of how I am currently moving. Cool.

This is indeed a miracle, what an amazing article this would be for the press, and a true, real life article.

The walking therapies modality is amazing. I can attest to that too Alison. "If you are focussed on being with your body as you walk, again that has a different effect as does having a sense of purpose in your stride." This has made such a difference to me, my walking and my posture.

Walking with Serge Benhayon during one of the Walking Therapy sessions, has utterly changed my life because now I can feel that there is a potential for true purpose in my every step, and as I am the one who is taking those steps, it is me who is full of potential.

Very beautiful Shami, I love what you've shared. Every workshop and presentation I have ever been to with Serge Benhayon presenting, they are always every single one of them deeply, deeply confirming and evolving. They confirm how divine, grand, gorgeous we are and they constantly remind us that we are all multidimensional beings.

It makes complete sense that changing our movements and changing our posture changes how we think. I remember from school days being told to sit up straight... it was known then how much our posture affects us.

It is a joy to watch you walk Alison, and appreciate the huge changes you've brought into your life by saying yes to evolution. I did a walking therapy today - and instantly I felt the solidness in my body when I walk my true walk.

Beautiful Alison, this might suggest that we constantly have to move in a way, that then will make our body stuck in a certain position and when we stop moving like that it can release itself. And we might all have that maybe not to the extremes of a scoliosis but maybe shoulders falling in etc.

Wow, Alison that is AMAZING. It is a miracle indeed and this highlights how powerful our movements are. We either move in contraction or move in space. And, absolutely incredible to have the Walking Therapy available to everyone. I have attended some sessions myself and I get so much out of every session, learning to walk in space is deeply healing and very natural for our body.

I so appreciate reading this again and being reminded of the incredible power of our soul, our true inner being, if we can express it through the movement of the physical body. And I loved seeing your photo Alison, truly gorgeous! And, what bases hasn’t Serge got covered for humanity? He is providing so much to support our return to soul in every part of human life, he is such an incredible powerhouse!

I've ended up sitting up straighter just by reading this! What it has gotten me to take note of is that I can more easily these days stand tall. Whereas a few years ago it was a real struggle to hold such a posture for even a few moments.
