Attending Serge Benhayon’s presentations brought me the best education I have ever experienced

by (Dr) Lyndy Summerhaze

I have had what is normally thought to be a very successful life, gaining a first class honours BA, a PhD and being awarded the University Medal, working as teacher of English Literature at University, travelling the world with a famous husband and beautiful young daughter. I had books published by prestigious international publishers, won a prize for the outstanding reference work in Britain for 1999, and was a respected authority in my field world-wide.
In this sense my life was successful, and yet I increasingly felt that there was something missing from my life, some fulfilment that I knew deeply, yet could only access in fleeting moments. I was also stressed, had a low level stream of anxiety always running, and by the time I was in my fifties I had gone from feeling alive and vital to feeling that I only had enough energy to work three days a week.

When I was fifty nine I had my first experience of Sacred Esoteric Healing with Serge Benhayon and it was so deeply beautiful, expansive, and restorative that I woke up the next morning for the first time in years feeling rested and harmonious with none of the usual anxiety or dread at having to face the new day. As a practitioner Serge Benhayon was the most respectful I had ever met and if you asked me what struck me most I would respond that it was his integrity and wisdom.
From this point onwards my life began to turn around. I saw my life’s purpose far more clearly, I felt empowered in my work, gained a much clearer understanding of relationships and how they work, and how a true love must underpin my every movement if it is growth and evolution that I see as the true way to go. Attending Serge Benhayon’s presentations brought me the best education I have ever experienced – an education on how one can align to a life that takes into consideration the all – other people, work, relationships, the environment, and the globe itself – a life that as much as possible, as there is no perfection, does not create more harm and pollution, that does not manipulate, judge, degrade, put down, lie to, or abuse another. This is based on a solid foundation of Brotherhood and the innate oneness we have with each other no matter what choices we may have previously made.

From these presentations and healing courses I have also received a brilliant education in self-care – how to truly look after and care for my body, by eating fresh healthy food, honouring the cycles of sleep, having regular dental and medical check-ups, none of which I bothered to do before this time. Although I thought I was reasonably health-conscious before, I in fact trashed my body with drugs, alcohol, lack of sleep, and no exercise. It was Serge Benhayon who encouraged me to pay heed to such things, to become practical in life, to commit to being in the world and contribute to it to the best of my ability. He also encouraged me to become aware of, for example, the invaluable contribution that medical practioners brings to our lives. I hadn’t seen a dentist for around 30 years, and when I did, I was told that I had a chronic gum disease which would mean that I would lose at least 5 teeth by the time I was 70. I saw a peridontist who helped me greatly and I used all my techniques of self-care assiduously. When I re-saw the periodontist in 6 months, she could not believe the turn around in my gum condition which she had previously not thought possible, and I am now 70 and have lost no teeth. Likewise chronic back pain I had, from years of carrying heavy loads of supermarket shopping up a hundred steps and fifteen minute walk to my island home, has been turned around through Connective Tissue therapy and new lifestyle choices.

This education brought by Serge Benhayon brought me back into the world of practicality, a world where I now do what needs to be done, instead of running away from or ignoring it. And interestingly this commitment to life has enriched my life immeasurably and the lives of many others around me – the parents of my students, for example, invariably say that not only have they got through the exams very well, but that their confidence and well-being has improved considerably as a result of being taught by me.

Furthermore, by using the complementary modalities of Universal Medicine alongside conventional medicine my health has improved exponentially. At the age of 70 I have never felt more alive and vital. I work full time, am still able to contribute to society, have a full social calendar, am writing a new book, new songs, and life feels as if it has a new spaciousness, so that there is no call for stress or anxiousness, for over-load and overwhelm. When my brother and daughter first got together with me, from interstate cities, after my aligning to this simple, healthy way of living, they could not believe how young and beautiful I was looking and wanted to know every detail of how I was doing it. When I ever have to give my age for a form, at a reception desk for example, the person’s jaw drops and they want to know what I am doing to look and be so young and well.  Now I feel my life is truly beginning to be ‘successful’.
My vital body and life, as witnessed by those who have known me intimately in the past, is true evidence of proof that the Universal Medicine healing modalities and teachings work, and what is more, work like nothing else I have ever experienced in this life. My appreciation of and love for Serge Benhayon whom I have known very well for over 11 years, who is the truest and most practical of practitioners and presenters, can never be fully expressed in words.

Its something worth stopping and considering, that what you were sharing of your life only 11 years ago, with low level anxiety, only able to work 3 days a week and a life where you were no longer feeling vital, is something that the vast majority of us think is normal. And a normal part of the ageing process. Yes it may be something that is commonly experienced, but what you are highlighting Lyndy is that there is another way to live, that we can feel vital, alive and contribute meaningfully to life as we age and well into our 70's. Not to mention how amazing you look. Totally inspiring and laying the future foundations for all, as we all are on the ageing pathway.

I can totally relate to this 'Thank you'. My body has changed out of all recognition since I began to embrace this way of living. My body has an ease that I couldn't image I would get to in my 20s and every time I let go of a little bit more of any tension my body response by feeling expanded and I feel more joyful.

A very practical piece from the amazing writer that you are Dr Summerhaze. The fact is that the Universal Medicine Therapies work and so many around the world can testify and give practical and down to earth examples of the way they have improved their lives and the lives of countless people around them. In the field of health, people haven't “just“ been able to manage a health condition they previously had but they have completely turned around the way they feel in their body and many, in not all, can say that they are experiencig a well-being that was never possible before.

Even though I considered that I was ‘well-educated’, there was still so much about the world that I didn’t understand; it simply didn’t make sense. That was until I met Serge Benhayon, and began attending his presentations. The wisdom shared by this very humble man woke me up from a slumber, that I didn’t realise I was in, and in the waking up I began to see that the answers to all the questions I had repeatedly been asking about me, humanity and this world were all waiting there for me; I had simply been looking in the wrong places.

I am not learned in the same way that society recognises your qualifications Lyndy; I rebelled against the education system of my day by refusing to participate in it. But when I started attending Serge Benhayon’s presentations and workshops for the first time I wanted to know and understand about life and similar to your experience Lyndy my education really started at the workshops and presentations. I discovered over the course of a few years that we have all been lied to on such a scale and for so long that we now live the lies we have been sold as truths. One of the biggest lies for me was that to look after yourself first was a selfish act; that other people, especially family members came first this is especially taught to girls that they should look after others not themselves. It was very hard to break this way of thinking and doing that I had absorbed from those around me because everyone is doing the same thing. Learning how to put my needs first was hard at first but as I allowed this to happen I noticed I was less resentful and angry and this changed my relationships, especially with family and then expanded out to work colleagues. What Serge Benhayon teaches is that there is a way to live in harmony with yourself first and then this naturally expands out and encompasses everything. If we all lived this way then surely this would be the foundation to build the brotherhood you speak of and reignite the innate oneness we all come from.

Lyndy this is a beautifull testimonial and one that I can certainly relate to knowing Serge Benhayon for over 13 years now. It does not matter how 'successful' one is in societal terms if one does not have inner-fulfillment, as you so eloquently express Lindy, and as you share Serge Benhayon "is the truest and most practical of practitioners and presenters, [that] can never be fully expressed in words" to enable one to re-connect to that inner-fulfillment.

What you show us here Lyndy that it is possible to turn ones life around no matter what your vocation and at any age where joy and vitality are ignited and life has purpose and meaning when you are in it in full with all of you. And another comment I must make – As a health practitioner, I see a lot of clients, and I have observed that most of them above the age of 50 years old are at least on one or two or more pharmaceutical medications. Though there is nothing wrong with taking medications as needed, it is becoming very common these days to see people from the age of 50 onwards on multiple medications for illnesses. However, some of the illnesses have more of a lifestyle based cause – when we adjust lifestyle ways many of these conditions can improve and the medications may or may not be needed. What I have heard you say in this blog, Lyndy, is that by learning to look after yourself and caring for yourself you have certainly felt that this has supported your health and vitality in ways you had not expected.

I was talking to some friends recently and they were telling me they feel that something is occurring they couldn’t fully articulate what they were feeling but it is making them feel very uncomfortable like there’s a shake up going on, but what it is they don’t know. This is not the only conversation I have had on this subject quite a few people have recently mentioned this unsettlement that they can feel. I can also feel the unsettlement I feel the earth is rebalancing it’s self after all, we do not live on a rigid lump of rock. I now have enough understanding through the rich education I have received and taken in from the teachings and presentations of Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon not to let this unsettle me but to embrace whatever is coming with a sense of curiosity. Is it possible we have become so fixed and rigid in our ways that the planet that we live on has to make constant adjustments to keep us aligned to the rest of the universe? If we want to truly understand the unsettlement that we can feel or say global warming then surely we should be asking the person who understands this like no other Politian or scientist, Serge Benhayon. Humanity is wasting such a Golden opportunity to converse with a man that actually does know what he is talking about.

We all agree that the state of humanity's health is disastrous. As a health practitioner, I see people every day with multiple conditions. Medication does the great job of managing illness and disease and a lot of people would say “thank God for it“ because otherwise they wouldn't be here. Here we have an organisation called Universal Medicine who have consistently for 20 years presented a way of living on this planet that has the power to help people to return to true vitality. In 20 years we have witnessed countless people returning to true health. This certainly is worth investigating and studying if we were to truly want to advance as a humanity.

When an established academic sits down and puts pen to paper like this we should all sit up and take note. If someone with such finely-tuned faculties, honed over many years by rigorous rational analysis, can speak in such glowing terms about the clear benefits of living one's life in this way, then we should all be thinking......"This has got to be the way to go".......Thank you Lindy Summerhaze!

I haven't come across anyone that teaches self-care in the way that Serge Benhayon actively encourages people to self-care and gives everyone the tools so that can do this for themselves. I spent many years with a psychiatrist/ psychologist it was a very sterile environment in that there was never any mention of self-care, self-love. I had no idea about any of this until I met Serge Benhayon and quite frankly I wish I had met him years earlier because he has truly supported me to rejoin humanity again and not withdraw into my mind away from the world. Which is something with all the correct qualifications the eminent psychiatrist/ psychologist was unable to do.

Since understanding what Serge Benhayon has presented I can still make life a struggle but I've lived another way which is far more fulfilling and at ease. I can feel how struggle is something I create and own, that's familiar and I think defines me in a unique mess of my own. I have free will to choose otherwise and know the beauty of who I am and who we all are thanks to seeing this for myself through Serge Benhayon first, then seeing it in myself and others.

When I compare formal education to what I have learnt from Serge Benhayon and the Ageless Wisdom the latter has been far more practical and supportive. With this as a foundation it makes mainstream education a breeze.

Thank you Lyndy for re-setting the true meaning of success. To live with purpose, vitality and inspiration for each day is something so remarkable and worth putting effort into experiencing. In fact to do anything and everything needed to make it our norm.

I love your story Lyndy as it highlights so clearly we can have all the trappings of a successful life (many people would ache to have the lifestyle you describe in your opening paragraph) and yet this is not it. To know to the core what life is about and live it is pure gold - to me the ultimate form of a successful life.

Everyone should have access to the teachings of the Ageless Wisdom. As this is not only true education but the purpose of life it's very self, showing us the path of return. What Serge is bringing and grounding for humanity is HUGE, deeply needed and from me and thousands (trustfully millions soon) of others is deeply deeply appreciated.

It is so easy for me to say that Serge Benhayon is the greatest teacher I have ever had. Not only presenting and teaching, and of course 100% living the Ageless Wisdom and absolute truth he has taught me and showed me a level of decency, respect, care and love that I will never drop below. I was reflecting on this and wondered why it took me to meet someone in my 30's to teach me this through their livingness? These very simple things that we should have and continue to have and hold as a true foundation in and for our life have changed my life forever. Every single person should have access to such a reflection so they too can make such self-loving choices holding themselves and all others very dearly. I truly appreciate the level of decency, respect, love and care that I hold in my body and life now.

Vicky, I can honestly say the same... 'that Serge Benhayon is the greatest teacher I have ever had' for all the reasons you describe. Being a teacher myself I can say whole heartedly that by his example I have become a better teacher for my students. His integrity and willingness to see the essence in everyone, not judge or criticise, but deliver truth with a beholding that honours each individual makes for great inspiration.

Attending the course of Universal Medicine run by Serge Benhayon has been such an education that I have not experienced before and wonder why we are not taught like this at school. I don't have to remember anything as my body actually seems to soak up what is being offered and as I live my day my body responds not my mind. My mind more or less aligns with my body from this my whole body knows how to respond to what is before it. This way of living gives me vitality beyond my years as some people have put it. They cannot understand why at my age when I should be thinking of retiring I'm more active than ever before. By attending Serge Benhayon’s workshop I have grown in confidence have more vitality and awareness than when I was in my 20’s or 30’s. Imagine if we are all educated this way what a huge difference it would make in the world.
