What are we calling normal and what does being okay mean in our current world? We are seriously selling ourselves short by accepting the diminished level of existence most of us are living as health.

What a difference it would make in the world to not judge people and feel them from the exquisiteness they are first. I’m not sure how I would do this? I imagine you would have to be honest about how equisite you were to begin with.

I have a lot of interest in how Serge reads people like he does. The example he gives is meeting or seeing people for the exquisiteness that they are first and clocking back where they are not living that in their body. Something I am willing to understand and therefore live and breath that exquisiteness myself.

The Before and After photos confirm not only an improvement in physical health, but a shift in the person's internal wellbeing too, which then supports ongoing beneficial lifestyle choices that create a strong positive feedback loop. Universal Medicine offers us all some very effective tools to that support this process and ones that I will continue to use to the end of my days.
