So many words on Serge Benhayon – genuine, caring, respectful, honest and humble are just a few that come to me when I think of him. A man who is sweet and loves people, somebody who has had an impact on thousands of people around the globe, somebody who’s work will remain in history.

As always what Serge Benhayon presents is a great reminder that we are soooooo much more than what we have been resigned to.

I avoided this episode for ages because it seemed too simple and I thought I ‘know this’ already. Yet well worth watching the whole (& perhaps more than once) because there is something in that simplicity fully explored that plants the seed of a stupendous understanding about true intelligence.

I love the new definition of being popular - whole body intelligence that is being shared and thus reflected to the world. It is a sharing act but a movement that takes into account everyone.

The intelligence of the body is so vast our simple mind cannot comprehend it. For somebody who has been ruled by their mind, surrendering to the fact that the body knows has been a difficult process. But, a few days ago I watched my body do something beyond intelligent - it was magical and i had no words. After stabbing myself with a knife and having an obvious hole in my hand (not a huge one, but still an open hole) I saw how quickly my body responded, and the wound closed off before I could even comprehend what was taking place. My hand went numb for a few minutes and the body did it's thing - i felt no pain, the shock from the stabbing was there, but the process of healing was beautiful to watch. Perhaps, the body is more intelligent than we give it credit, perhaps there's so much more that we don't know and are only yet to find out.

I get amazed by the intelligence of the body all of the time, it doesn't just talk, at times the body screams at us to tell us what is going on is not okay. In overriding these messages we actually build layers of self-loathing because there what is being communicated is not valued and dismissed - that is more painful than our minds will let us understand.
