When people ask me what is it about Serge Benhayon I have to say I wouldn't be there where I am without the teachings, revelations, healings and practicalities in life he brings through.

There is one thing Serge always and from the very beginning pointed out – we need to be discerning about the energy which is presented through any teacher or school – including him. It is not that I listen and follow the man Serge Benhayon – it is that I follow the light that shines through him.

It is the connection to his own Soul and with that to the One, the Universe and to God, where we all come from. This connection and how he lives this divine aspect of brotherhood and love on daily basis in a physical body very practically, is what has pulled me to this work from the first time I met him. This life style allowed me to make so many changes throughout the last 11 years.

My life turned from emotional drama, exhaustion and struggling into a life of responsibility, love and joy.

As quoted in other testimonials, blogs and websites, what Serge presents makes sense and it is practically applicable in everyday life. You can test it and get confirmation by your own experience. Let it be about sleep, food, relationships, work, religion, philosophy, science. Step by step I discovered the truth in it.

So again, I follow the light Serge presents. It is the light of oneness where we all come from. It is the light of truth, which is the one-unified truth. It is the light of love and the light of our Soul. It is the light which many prophets and teachers before him in history presented on this earth.

And it is the light which will last and which will continue to be presented by others – long after the body of Serge Benhayon has ceased from this world.

Spot on Healther, and is it not a strange 'reality' we live in when we our home is unknown to almost all of us (or rather forgotten we should say). Serge plays an instrumental role in reminding us of this home, of the choice we have to re-connect to it and make it part of our normal daily lives again.

Beautifully expressed Heather Pope. That sense of a 'missing piece' in my life that was continually being searched for outside of myself changed when I first heard Serge Benhayon presenting the Ancient Wisdom Teachings - this was felt as a clear resonance and expansion in my body as not experienced in all the previous seeking.

Yes this home is known to us all but so many like myself had forgotten about it. Or rather, tried our hardest to forget. I tried to distract from the deep grief of leaving home by pursuing so many ultimately purposeful-less goals that brought only disharmony to my relationships, myself and my body in the form of illness and exhaustion.

Serge Benhayon's love for us all is such that he commits to bringing us the reminder of who we truly are and our true home through how he lives. We are all an equal part in this and no different to the love that he shines.

That he can live this absolute truth and love in the world we live is, to me the greatest testimony of who we are -whether we choose it or not. Without him living this love it is highly unlikely I would ever choose it for myself or even realise I could, so deep was I in my abandonment of myself.

Very true Mariette. It is the light that binds us all together a true family and it is amazing to feel. Crazy, because every single human being longs for love more than anything else, and it is in reconnecting to this light that we then rediscover our true home within. When that's re-discovered, we never feel lonely again, regardless of where we are, whether we are with someone or not. We are reconnected back to our Soul and there is nothing grander than this on this earth.

Serge Benhayon presents what he presents, no investment into how the listener perceives it or what he does with it, hence it is 100% in the responsibility and freedom of the listener to choose and consider whether what has been presented is true, real and practical or not. As you share, Sonja, you put to the test what has being offered and by your own discernment, exploration and practical application you come to your own truth. When we find such truth to be universal and equally valid for everyone we realize the one-unifiying character of such truth and know that it comes from the one source we all come from - this is the light that shines through Serge and everyone who lives by this light.

This in itself is worthy of a stand-alone testimonial Alex. How many presenters are able to bring what they bring, without an iota of investment of seeking of personal gain in the process?
It is this very quality which I find allows me to hear, discern and feel what Serge Benhayon presents as being 'universal truth' – it's not about him, it's truth that belongs to us all. With the 'self-gain' part out of the picture, the power of his words resonate deeply, and I always feel completely unimposed upon in the listening – it's up to my own discernment as to what feels true. Thing is, I haven't yet heard him utter a word that isn't the whole, encompassing philosophical truth. Amazing.

He continually reminds us that it is a universal truth he lives which is equally the same for all if we so choose it.

Alex, what I love about what Serge Benhayon presents he goes there like no other. He unravels the mysteries and the down right evils of this world, the corruption, who is trustworthy and who is all in it for self and this is said with no judgement or you should follow what he is saying, its your call and assessment what is what it is. I just love how he expresses always coming back to what is love and what is not. This is what I call entertainment for the new era - reading and calling out the evil !!

Is it loving , does it hold everyone as equal and in brotherhood, is there harmony, joy, stillness and truth? Or is it opposite to all that? It is also wonderful to learn things about ourself , people and relationships, being inspired about ways of turning round areas that clearly do not support us living a loving, joyful and responsible life.

Light inspires more light. That is the magic of Serge Benhayon. He lives his life in accordance to his own light, and presents that Way. People who are inspired, discover the light inside of themselves..start to live its Way in every aspect of life.
This is not the way people have commonly lived to date. Most of us have done what we are told! Or rebelled against it! To live in accordance to and with light is glorious - it is more truly ethical than can be found in a book of rules. It is deeply considerate and caring, aware and sensitive, and always it inspires others to look within to their light, thus know who they truly are.

Beautifully expressed Rachel, this is exactly what Serge Benhayon inspires through his way of living. To let go of all the ideas and impositions of how we should be and instead to connect to the universal truth of what life is and who we all actually are. Because this is the thing, when we connect to the truth we connect to the truth of everything, of the all, where no one or nothing is left out. It is a universal knowing that everyone of us has within. Serge inspires the rekindling of this knowing with everyone.

I remember the first time I heard Serge speak. We were in public and he was speaking absolute truth. I had never seen someone express so freely and so lovingly. Many years later I find myself speaking up and taking a stand for truth much much more than I ever used to. From the changes I have made I feel others around me developing a deeper confidence within themselves, and so light inspires light you have shared Rachel and the ripple effects of one person choosing to be loving and take a stand for truth expand beyond measure.

You can teach a person, get them to quote and recite knowledge, but the greatest science is that which we discover for ourselves, in our life.

Yes Rachel "Most of us have done what we are told! Or rebelled against it!" a common trend in life. How honouring is it to be inspired to learn to spot those inner ideals and beliefs that never originated from me and come from the 'being told' or 'rebelling against being told' and instead to deeply connect to my own inner essence, and start honouring my inner light and knowing. Not only does Serge Benhayon live 24/7 in accordance to the light of his Soul, he sees and relates to people according to that same light within them, the light of their own Soul, regardless of what the person is currently living. It is so incredibly loving and empowering.

Serge shines the light in him without reservation, never dimming it down, never forcing it on anyone like the focussed point of a laser. It shines like the sun - in all directions, equally from the central source. We are free as you Nicola and Alex have said, to bathe in its glow, to turn our backs on it, or to be inspired to connect to the same light inside of us, and live as another point of light in this world.

This is quite something 'to present with having NO investment into how the listener perceived it or what they do with it'. And it's true Serge Benhayon has absolutely no investment in this and as well as this does not hold back and is not afraid to say how it is. How many of us can do this? I know currently I still hold back loads or can say something without fully discerning what I am saying and also at times have an bit of an investment in what I am saying especially when doing school work. The true beauty and grace of Serge in how he lives and is with others consistently so when really understood blows me away; but he is only showing what is possible for us ALL to live.

I've been noticing recently how invested I am in outcomes and it came as such a shock. I invest so much in how I want others to respond or be that I use this an excuse not to be the love that I am because it's easier to blame others than to take responsibility for my own choices. Yuck. With Serge there is no investment in others 'getting it' he presents what needs to be presented and leaves his audience to discern.

I agree with the comments above as I too have observed that there is absolutely no investment from Serge that we accept what is being presented. I have always been given the space to question, discern and ultimately trust what has been presented. The bottom line for me is that there is nothing I have heard Serge present in the short time I have heard him present that has not added up.

We can choose to make ourselves ill by trying to stop ourselves shinning in how we live, in measuring out how we are willing to let through. Or we can open the shutters fully and let it be felt without a shadow of a doubt - inspiring others to do likewise.

Hi Sonja, I agree and one of the many things that I love about what Serge Benhayon presents is the practical side of things and that not once has he said you should do this or that. He just lives by example and explains things and answers any questions anyone may have and then it is up to each and every single individual to try this or that, to put each teaching to your own test to see how it is for you and then make your own choice. Serge Benhayon is such an inspiration and I so appreciate having him in my life.

What I have learned (and continue to learn from Serge as a rather slow student!) is to allow people to be...to know that in time we too will all reach the understanding that we are light before we are flesh, but the flesh is vitally important. The flesh we are made of is the lamp through which the light shines, made clear by the way we live.
That Serge allows this to be reached in our own time is the greatest form of respect I know.

So many times I have been frustrated with myself for the lack of observation and living what I know to be true, I have witnessed him be loving and understanding. I agree Rachel "That Serge allows this to be reached in our own time is the greatest form of respect I know." Because of his reflection I have been learning that it is possible to offer myself this honouring and by default also to start offering it to other people.

Rosie, the fact that Serge Benhayon has never told me to do anything - not a should in sight - is one of the many, many things I love about him too. There were many times I wished he would tell me what to do but I now realise that only I could make the choice to make changes in my life; that the only person who was going to save me, was me! I love what you have written here Sonja - is the light of the Soul that I follow as well. The way that Serge Benhayon lives his life, allows this light to shine fully. This is available to all of us all of the time, it is in our choices that permit how much light will shine through.

I also love how you write a life of responsibility, love and joy. That is so true and so refreshing to see responsibility linked so closely to love and joy. We have been brainwashed with the word responsibility so that it either feels really heavy or something to run away from it. Through the teachings of Serge Benhayon I am reconnecting to responsibility and realising that it is one of the most freeing things to do - is to take responsibility and to act responsibility. Because it frees us from blame and stops us living in comfort.

I too have found that over the years that what ever Serge has presented has not always been my truth to begin with, but when I test it out, I find no fault in it and it sits so right in my body that I cannot but accept it as the truth, and so the growth is offered to me in a way I had never imagined. He presents blessing after blessing and it is our choice to accept this in our lives or not, no judgement and no criticism around this.

Which other teacher encourages their students to not listen to them blindly but to experience life through their bodies and use that as their lessons & markers of truth. Perhaps there are some out there, and that is what true wisdom is, that is how the wisest teachers teach - they let their students learn through experience, through living and not through following.

Having met Serge Benhayon and attended Universal Medicine workshops I have been deeply inspired to take my own life into my own hands and turn my life around - to the point that I no longer have any long term medical conditions which is pretty amazing at aged 54!

Sonja, I truly appreciate that you have spoken here of "the light of Oneness", the light of the soul. The notion that we are each an expression of God, that we have an innermost essence that can not only be connected to, but lived in accordance to in our everyday lives, is something that has been with humanity through the ages.
Serge Benhayon brings this truth, and presents a lived application of it via a plethora of books, teachings and constant work, for he knows that the truth he brings does belong to us all. I too say wholeheartedly that it is the light of Oneness in Serge that is the deepest inspiration.
The way he lives in every aspect calls me to embrace ever more deeply the truth of us all, and as you say, continue to discern all that is accordance to this light – that it may become a real and lived expression of love, for myself and all others.

And boy had I given up on the fact that we could actually live with such deep inner-connection, joy and love so consistently! Through practical discernment and application of what Serge Benhayon presents, I now live with far greater purpose, community engagement and connection, and security (inner and outer) than I ever did. The transformation has been remarkable. I have more energy for my (every) day and am capable of 'doing' more than ever – because of the way I now go about it... 'This' from a woman in her late forties, who my doctor says has the body of one in their mid-thirties. Huge societal trends such as this are being reversed in so many of Serge Benhayon's students and clients – it's absolutely astounding...
Something quite hard to fathom from where I once stood, where I would have said that 'everything was ok' in my live – actually, back then, it was not ok at all...

Lost, still in debt, leading a life of self-abuse and drugs, I could go on and on ... Before I found the work of Universal Medicine every area of my life was a mess - family, relationships, work, my personal life, everything! I was a great guy, and harmless to others, but extremely harmful to myself (which in truth is others). My point is I have everything from nothing after 10 years of working on myself through the teachings, revelations and healings of Universal Medicine. I have heard on many occasions Serge has never claimed ownership of what he teaches, it is never HIS work or HIS way but an energy that we all have access to. It has also been my experience that everything Serge Benhayon presents can easily be tested by my own experience in a very simple and practical way and so far everything I have heard him present over the past 10 years that I have put into practice has turned out to be true. This to me says that it is not just one man coming up with some bits of wisdom or nice sounding concepts here, but that he must have tapped into an energetic consciousness or source of universal wisdom that we are all from and can all access equally.

Yes I agree Carmel, the way Serge Benhayon presents allows the space to listen to the wisdom (sometimes multiple times over!) and then put it into practice for yourself, therefore moving from just some good advice and theoretically a good idea into a known truth for yourself. So then the wisdom becomes your own wisdom, your own truth having tested it and experienced it for yourself. This is a much steadier, more consistent way to change one's life for the better.

Sonya it is such an important distinction you make between following the man Serge Benhayon, and following the 'light that comes through him'. This to me is key, and is what differentiates him from a guru. There is no giving away of power in what you've shared, you claim that light is equally through you, he is just your inspiration for how that looks, and how it can be lived. A VERY big difference from following a person, putting them on a pedestal and in that, seeing them as special. Serge Benhayon has said so many times I cannot begin to count that he is not special, but just the same as everyone... and this is exactly how he treats everyone, whether friend, family or foe.

I feel like the reaction to Serge Benhayon comes from the sheer scale and grandeur of the teachings he represents and brings through. For time immemorial we have fought and resisted the simplicity with which we can all access life. What I have found Serge offers is a way of living that take it or leave it make life easier and makes a lot of sense. I have had my own senses stirred by listening to his presentations and as Sonja mentions the range of topics covered is such that no-one can be left unaffected by what he presents. And there is so much room to challenge his view, there is a great humbleness in this, the opportunity is always there to question everything as a great many often do.

And what perhaps is misunderstood is that students of Universal Medicine are not so dedicated to their diet and lifestyle born from dogma, but rather the fact that in order to feel the fact of the Soul takes a willingness to build a body that is open to feeling energy. And the fact is for most of us we live in a way that is designed to shut down our awareness to this fact. I did not ever consider or label myself as depressed, since compared to most I was healthier, happier and more at ease with life. However in reality I was frustrated with the world and had given up, feeling powerless in having any positive impact. So life was pretty dismal compared to the joy, vitality, commitment and responsibility I feel today.

Something that I have learnt from Serge Benhayon is the powerful part that cycles have in our lives, and this is in accordance to the universal order of all things. So, in as much as I am making decisions everyday, there is also a greater movement of energy or light that is passing through me and all of us. This light mustn't be confused with spiritual energy, because it has a different quality, something far more precious and simply divine. And it is this light that moves in cycles.

The world of humankind is so heavy and dark with violence, corruption and illness and disease, yet most people we meet in everyday local life are friendly, and caring, struggling with the way our civilisation has evolved. Serge Benhayon shows the way for our own true evolution by living his light and love in his whole expression in life, and thus invites us to know and live the light and love we also are from within. We know it is there, but do not choose to live it fully. The fact that we can experience it flowing through him is an inspiration and reflection of us, and brings an incredible joy in living, while not denying the reality of all that happens around us. I have learned that if I hold my light and express my love in full, then all that darkness cannot touch me, and so I also may bring about a change.

We are all equal Sons of God - the only difference is our choice of how we express, do we allow our true essence to shine through, do we cover it with layers and hold back our expression, or do we express something other than our true essence altogether? I have found the more honest I choose to be about areas of my life that are not loving, and the more responsible I choose to be about healing my hurts and issues the deeper and the more consistent the love in my life can be. You are correct "None of us differ in the love we can live and express". But it requires choice and responsibility to build a life that allows us to actually express the depth of that love, and Serge Benhayon is a great example of someone with unwavering commitment and dedication to that choice and responsibility.

Yes Carmel, after all my years of seeking something through various spiritual new age modalities and groups, when I came across Serge Benhayon and had my first session, the difference was so stark it was like being woken up for the first time after a long slumber. I remember very clearly the feeling of complete and utter surrender, and with this, a connection to myself as light in a way that was more tangible and real than anything l'd ever felt before. There was no trying to get anywhere, and no effort... just, as you say, an allowing.... and for me an absolute knowing that what I felt was the truth.

Naturally a body of people have developed who attend regular presentations and sessions because after testing out his teachings, they have worked for them - which is clear to see in many photographs of the student body of Universal Medicine

I love this aspect. Serge Benhayon does not reel of theories and concepts, he shares what he is living. And I have slowly come to accept the fact that nothing is truly known unless we have lived and experienced it in our own body – then it is not a theory, a hope or aspiration, once lived we can say we ‘know’ it. What’s more, if it is not harmonious to us and we can not live it, then it is not True. There can be no truth unless it holds everyone equally in consideration, and it can certainly not exist where there is a lack of love or harmony.

Not only does he invite us to discern the energy presented through every teacher, we are invited to discern the energy in everything we do and in what is happening around us. I had no conscious awareness of this before I met Serge Benhayon, but learning to feel the difference between Prana and Fire has made a huge difference to all aspects of my life - how I am at work, in relationships, and by myself - to understand that once we have chosen which energy we align with, every choice is driven by that energy. This is not taught in our current education system and yet it is such a basic fundamental for living.

There are two ways of life we can choose to live. The one is with our innermost, our soul and with that with the connection to all which is above and around us. This is life which takes care of yourself and of others, it is a life which asks you for responsibility of your choices. And it is a life which brings up truth and asks you to look at it.
The other way of life is the one which gives priority to the outer, to what the world wants you to be without any regard if you can fit it in or not. It is a life which makes possible what we see now here on earth with illness and disease rising, with corruption, murder, rape and war. It is a life which allows you to bury your feelings and get away for certain while, but the payback is near. The question is what life would you like to live?

The greatest way to bring change to your life is by honouring your innate connection with divinity. When you honour this as being the sole focus of your life (pun intended), then what are seemingly difficult lifestyle choices at first actually become easy. One needs to ask, how is it that so many students of Universal Medicine are so easily able to dedicate themselves to a clean diet, good sleeping patterns, and a lifestyle that from the outside seems to take extreme discipline. That "discipline" actually stems from their ability to connect to the living pulse of God's light. Serge Benhayon inspires so many people not necessarily because of what he says, but because of the strength of his connection.

When I first met Serge Benhayon, I found it unerring in the way he treated me with so much respect. I could not fathom an equal standing with him. And although now I am still not living fully in each moment of every day with all the love that I know myself to actually be, I can recognise that there is a light inside of me which is equal to the light in Serge, and in everyone.

Reconnecting to this inner ability to feel and discern the light and energy within anything presented has been profound in every aspect of my life. In a world that is so corrupt with individuals vying to get the best for themselves at the expense of others, it is very useful to be able to read what is at play, without judgment and with understanding, and then choose how to proceed. Our reconnection to discern the truth of what is in front of us ought to be encouraged from young and taught as part of an education about life.

Sally you are spot on... as a health practitioner myself, I know how significant it is for someone to make these sort of changes. While this has become commonplace and expected in my practise now through the use of Universal Medicine Therapies and the approach l've learned through UM presentations and courses, it is most definitely NOT commonplace in similar health and wellbeing arenas around me. Having spent so many years in the industry before coming across UM, I can attest to the fact that many struggle greatly to make even the smallest of changes permanent in their lives, let alone changes they continue to build on, on an ongoing basis. THIS is a modern-day miracle.

Yet I have seen plenty of such changes around me among those who have been inspired by Serge Benhayon and the wisdom with which he lives and speaks. The sun doesn't pick and choose where it shines, the light shines everywhere and Serge Benhayon reflects that the light within us can equally shine in this way. We live in a world of darkness and and energetic fog where we are to know know different. Five years ago I would also claim that life is what it is and thats it, it can't change. Until a light was shone on my life through Universal Medicine. I am now learning that the light in me can dissipate the fog and mist around me and that we can all do this. But without that first light all remain in the dark. Without Serge I would never have seen or felt that I too can be that first light. Words I have yet to fully embody but with everything thus far I have learnt is that breath by breath, choice by choice love and light expands.

Jenny I love the way you have explained this. I struggled at the start to find Serge Benhayon is such an amazing inspiration, teacher and so very wise, yet he does not play ball with anyone putting him on a pedestal. I could not understand how could someone be so committed to the public and yet constantly dissuade people from looking up at him? Of course now that I understand more intimately what he offers I appreciate that it is exactly as Sonja has described. His underlying message has always been that we are all equal Sons of God. We all have access to the same light, the same love and the same wisdom. It is a matter of choice whether we live it or find ways and excuses to exist being so much less than our true essence.

I am quite happy to say I follow the teachings of Serge Benhayon. What I take issue with is when people assume that means you follow without discernment. Absolutely I question, challenge and contemplate on what Serge Benhayon presents. I put it into my life and see if it works, which makes his teachings in my opinion all the remarkable. Because in 9 years I have have never found the application of his teachings to have anything less than the most profound effect on the quality of my life - all of it.

Yes Adam it is laughable when people assume those who have chosen to adopt what Serge Benhayon presents are doing so blindly, because our personal responsibility to discern every aspect in life is one of the fundamental teachings of Serge Benhayon! He actually invites everyone to discern even what he teaches himself. We do not always talk about the light of God as being something that is alive inside of every single person equally. For some reason this has been stripped from our language. But Serge Benhayon has re-introduced this back in to our conversations, our small messages with eachother, our simple hello's. Such transparency is unheard of in a world that has been designed to 'fend for yourself' or 'look after your own'. ‘It is not that I listen and follow the man Serge Benhayon – it is that I follow the light that shines through him.’ Sonja coming to understand and accept this has been integral to beginning to change the way I live and live.

When I first met Serge Benhayon I was looking to be saved, rescued by a new something or other and very willing to give it my all -well that's what I told myself but it had to be on my terms of course. I wanted a magic solution that did not require me to be responsible. All that Serge Benhayon presented I felt to be truth and I would have gladly followed him. But what he presented was the opposite of following. It was coming to the truth oneself, being ones own counsel with one’s own inner connection with the wisdom we all share.

I got to realise how I lived wasn't in tune with the truth I felt presented. For example, I love that we are all equal, but it has also exposed where I do not live that in my daily life - the times when I’ve felt insecure and, rather than reconnect with myself, I seek being special, clever, talented so I’m recognised and have others consider me worthwhile. Or, conversely, I've observed myself choosing to give my power away so I don’t have to be responsible. Serge Benhayon, with absolute love and consistency has presented we are all equal - least I conveniently forget.

What distinguishes Serge Benhayon from other presenters is that we all are a living science that we can study from the point of energy. This has allowed me to develop a discernment of the type of energy I am aligned to and to feel when I am in or out of a harmonious balance in my body. Whilst I can seek support from a health practitioner when needed I can now look at the energetic underlying causes of disharmony and illness in my body and engage in my own healing process.

I love that statement that it is not the man whom you follow, but the light that shines from him. This is the point that so many have exploited in the past for their own gain. History is littered with gurus who have taken the divine and made it about themselves and the adulation they receive from their followers.
Serge Benhayon has again and again refused to be considered anything other than equal to all of us, even those who do not consider themselves students of the way he presents. This is a unique thing in our times and one that should be appreciated for what it is.

- Sonja, I too have been inspired by the Light of the Soul that comes through Serge Benhayon and yes the teachings make it very real, practical and totally makes sense. 12 years ago when I meet Serge it was a moment that I will never forget, looking into his eyes, hearing what he was presenting and feeling it in my body was what I have always known I just didn't realise it. The exploration there after with my own life and choices has been one that has determined what is true and what is not. Once you know and feel the truth you can't ignore it, it has to be honoured. Well for me that is the case. The Ageless Wisdom that is within us all will continue to be shared long after Serge Benhayon passes and eventually a One-Unified Truth way of living in connection to God and where we come from will prevail.

When someone tells us to be discerning of their own work, even when we decide that is not for us, we are already somehow in agreement with what they are presenting – as we are following what feels to be true to us rather than being imposed upon or falling into blind belief. When I realised about this, and Serge Benhayon had no investment whatsoever in whether anyone agreed or disagreed, I felt very free and that freedom felt uncomfortable because I was so used to being dictated and/or judged.

I must own up that there is a part of me that wishes I COULD follow Serge Benhayon. He is by far the most wise, loving and transparent person I know. The depth of his care and consideration for not just those around him but for the whole of humanity has many times literally moved me to tears. I trust him implicitly and would be happy to follow him anywhere. Yet - the whole foundation of his teaching is that we are all equal Sons of God, with our own unique expression without which humanity is less. Everything about Serge Benhayon says 'You are the same as me', 'How I live you too can live'. So no following, no walking in his shadow - in order to honour my relationship with him I need to walk beside him as an equal.

The practicalities that Serge presents the teachings is the one thing that I have really related to as well Sonja. Having the revelations presented in this way makes it so easy to translate back into your own life. As you say through self-discovery and finding what works for you and what doesn't is extremely self-empowering and I too wouldn't want to even consider where I would be today with out such truth and light brought into my life.

My life has changed as much as yours Sonja, there is not a single aspect of my life that has not immensely improved in the past years. Without Serge Benhayon I would undoubtedly be in very different shape today. I have gone past debilitating illness,self loathing, lack of confidence, hardness, protection, judgement and so many other things. My life is rich in all senses of the word, my relationships have improved immensely and instead of life being a burden it is a joy to be here. There are no words to describe what search offers as within our reality this life I and many others now have is simply unfathomable.

We are so used as people either to follow somebody, to adore and admire somebody, to copy somebody or to take the words and teachings like an information which we possess but not put into practise and our daily lifes. The light within him, when followed has made life make far more sense than trying to literally in the human sense follow Serge Benhayon. Physically this is impossible as we live on other sides of the world but even following the daily ways in which he lives may not be compatible with where we are at in our lives. And there has never been once a hint of judgement in this regard as what he shares, the quality of light, can be universally applied to everyones lives in the knowing that it will come out in our human lives in a number of different ways. What Serge presents is for us to look past the physical end result and use our ability to feel the quality of the energy that is behind all that is said, written, acted on or spoken.

The greatest gift Serge Benhayon has offerd me is being in a human body and living the light of the Soul in human form, humbly in daily life, in the most mundane of tasks as well as the more wow moments. He has reminded me that we are all – every single one of us - living walking Sons of God, equal, loved and cherished deeply, and the only thing that trips us up is our choice to dull our awareness and act less than who we are. Without Serge Benhayon's presentations I would not have understood that there is a true light that shines from within us and a false one that allures us to want to be special, different, individual. The contrast is a life offering service to others through our light, or insatiably needing to get satisfaction and recognition from life. Although great complexity has been introduce through the false light that can stimulate the mind into all sorts of conclusions and ideals, the true light that shines through us all is simply the light that brings love and can be felt so clearly as being unifying and therefore true. Serge Benhayon has dedicated his life to truth and love and the light that unifies. You simply do not get blog sites like this with so many people dedicated to sharing their love and understanding that they are now living, without it being from the one source of light that unifies.

I understand it makes some people uncomfortable to see such love for Serge Benhayon, particularly if it feels devotional, which of course is not healthy, yet as Sonya shares it is not so much a connection to the man but to the energy he aligns to and allows through him, and why he is such an amazing man is that he humbly knows that the way of being we are living is a choice and so not something we attach to, and that this incredible connection to wisdom and love is not his special gift but a way of living we can all live if we make the choice to build back to where we come from.

Absolutely amazing Sonja, as it shows us how a Soul-full light is lived on earth, in this case the body of Serge Benhayon, yet an example of great love, harmony and truth. But also, to note that anyone who is willing and has a commitment to build love within their own bodies (their temple of truth) is able to life in such way, virtue by the lived example of this man Serge Benhayon. The unique thing is , that Serge is not doing this for himself but for the love for others equally so. This makes his dedication second to none. This has been my experience of applying the way of the livingness to my own life: 'Step by step I discovered the truth.' Sonja, one of the things I love about Serge Benhayon is never tells anyone what to do and only answers the question posed in front of him. He does not try to pander or please rather just syas things the way they are but with so much love no matter he says it is felt deeply by the body. To be around and know someone whose entire body is quite literally calling for you to be more of the love that you are is quite incredible and releases you from the need and tension to be more, to attain more from live. It is one thing to know and say we have everything within us, it is another to truly live this and Serge does just this. Nothing fancy just a very simple, practical and loving approach to life. Extraordinary yet completely normal and ordinary at the same time.

In the world there are so many lights we can follow. We are actually flooded with all kind of life styles, philosophies, religions, cultures, societies, politics etc. Do they work? Do we compromise ourselves? And what are we reflecting at the end of the day? What do we feel in our bodies and with the people around us? 'The light of truth' which is presented by Serge and it is not his, but it is the truth of all of us - I can find the answers which we all desperately look for. The light that Serge is can not be denied, even if you are not ready to meet that light you still can see and know what Serge is presenting. For me it was a no brainier - instantly I was overcome with a sense of relief. There I was and Serge being all that he is reflecting back to me what I already knew was available - I had just lost connection with it and wasn't sure how to get it. I sat there nodding the whole time and just knew what Serge was saying was truth because it felt so strong in my body. There is absolutley no denying the light in Serge Benhayon, and many others including myself can testify what you share here. What Serge is presenting is nothing new, in fact it is age old, however the way he is presenting it today makes it accessible for all and not just a few. When I first met Serge, I already knew what he was talking about, I simply didn't know how to make sense of it. He was able to bring everything I innately knew to my understanding without judgement of where I was in my life, and to this day, he continues to do the same with a consistancy and love that is next to none. I dread to think where I would be if I had not come across this amazing man when I did 10 years ago.

Serge Benhayon is always encouraging people to look at the bigger picture and to see ourselves within that picture as responsible beings. In a presentation he can talk about universal truths in relation to picking the kids up from school, relationships at work, breathing. Everything matters and everything counts in the greater expanse of light that we are a part of, and Serge does not hold back in his expression of this light, which makes him an incredible role model for us all, as we are made of the same light, each with our own unique expressions of it, but we tend to hold this back - thus the presentations on responsibility.

I too was locked into 'emotional drama, exhaustion and struggling,' as most of our lives are. The buzz of our life dramas is so addictive. We can use it like others us cocaine or amphetamines. It gives the same kind of hit. No one would say that they were addicted though, yet when we deeply consider it, it is an addiction that we clearly struggle to live without.

A true disciple of truth knows that it is God’s light – the light of the Soul – that guides us out of this darkened existence safely home to Thy Father’s arms. This does not mean we wait to be ‘released’ upon ‘death’, nor does it mean we champion such light in disregard to the form that it expresses through, but more so that we are inspired to adjust our way of living to be deeply honouring of our physical form by committing in full to our true purpose in life – our inevitable return to Soul.

This is a very valid point that you bring here that we can all benefit from, especially with regards to so called 'celebrities' in that do not just follow the person but instead have a greater discernment and observation in what how they are living and what is being reflected to all. I am not sure if there are the words to express the love that I have for Serge Benhayon, it is timeless and absolute. It is full of appreciation, wonderment and awe. And yet, the more I understand him, and the more he explains to me the simple truths that he lives by, the more I can see that it is not in fact Serge who I love, but the light that is being expressed by him. This light I know as home, truth and 'the what is'. And so, as the days pass I am learning that I do not need to love Serge Benhayon, I simply need to love myself because in there is where this light also lives. Serge Benhayon has taught me this, for which I will forever be eternally grateful.

All too often the brilliance of a person is associated with what they have done or can do, very rarely is it the case that who a person is is celebrated simply for being who they are. In time spent with Serge Benhayon, I always have the sense of being in the presence of something great, phenomenal in fact. But not that this makes me loose myself, or become enthralled. In fact, it just feels very normal - challenging at times, but also very confirming too. Confirming of the fact that there is light within everything, and that this light has a quality to it, and that I am a being with a responsibility to the quality of light that I hold and thus express. The idea of discerning energy is something I would not have fully understood before I met Serge Benhayon, but once he presented that we live in and are made of energy it made perfect sense. To deny we are from and in energy is simply not possible, so therefore it pays to consider that everything we do is influenced by energetic forces, and then we must ask where and what each force is coming from and intending to do. To be able to think like this is something I now love, and have Serge Benhayon to thank for the enhanced richness that is presented in life when we discern what energy is at play, for something is always occurring.

Through his emanation (lived way) we receive the reflection that this godly spark of pure divinity also burns deep within us all. As we all begin to reignite this, the slumber that has encased us for so long begins to dissolve as we wake up to the truth of who we are and in so doing help to illuminate the darkness so that all others remember we were never designed to dwell in shadow.

I have not read a blog that I can remember where it is written about Light. What I find more revealing about Light is there is 2 types of light. One light does not let you know about the other light, while the fiery light tells you about both. That's how you simple expose the false light of prana - the one that lies.

Yesterday a good friend of mine shared with me 'we don't have a relationship with the person but with love'. This fact applies to any relationship actually, it's free of any particular form and can be shared with everyone. This is what I've seen from Serge Benhayon by attending to his presentations, a humble man sharing the love that he is equally with all, and it is that what brings me up and inspires me so much from him. The light he lives daily and the one we all have access too if we choose it.

I hadn't heard of anyone talk in the way Serge Benhayon was talking and presenting about energy. As he went on to say it is about discerning energy it made complete and utter sense to do this. What is insane is how life is not supported or encouraged to do this and it is one of our man fundamentals of our being.

Serge Benhayon does all of what he does not for his own gain but for the benefit of us all. This might sound a bit cultish but it most definitely is not. I agree that it is the practical way that Serge Benhayon lives with the divine that for so many makes him so inspiring because, there seems to be a common practise amongst the many schools and traditions that teach divinity where the teachers are regarded as so sacred that they have to live outside of normal human life, and therefore only a very privileged few can be with or even near them. I love how Serge Benhayon lives a regular life, with every once of the divinity that he presents in each of his workshops and courses, because - like the true role model that he is - by seeing this life lived in this way, we all get to explore the possibility of the divinity that lives within us all.

If we look at society now we can see it is rife with emotional drama, exhaustion and struggle, people live with little responsibility and because of this there is little true joy.

Serge Benhayon has never held himself as speical or better than others. I've felt the light in him equally in myself. The difference being he has lived it outwardly more than myself. It doesn't make me less but calls me to be more responsble.

Emotional drama is so exhausting, we blame illness and disease on the micro wave, the shampoo we use - anything -but very rarely do we look at the emotional drama we have let in as the cause.

In the damning lies that are being printed about him and said about it him, it is advice that the listener and reader should be well aware of. Discerning the energy behind the vitriol exposes much about the force that is driving the show that is aiming to shut this wisdom down.

All women know what it is like to be looked at like a piece of meat from head to toe. We have all experienced at some point in our lives a dirty compliment, a remark or something of the sort sexually objectifying us with the purpose to make us feel about as big as an ant. So we know clear and well what that feels like, we can smell it not a mile away, but lightyears away - it is almost part of our make up to know it. So, when one meets a person like Serge where the words decency and respect don't even come close to describe the quality he holds each person he meets in, the heart melts. These interactions with him have made me realise that it is possible to be treated with respect and that men don't have to walk around with their jaw dropped and their tongue rolling on the floor in order for us to feel beautiful - this cartoon caricature tells us a lot more about the norms of society and how low we have steeped town from knowing, and truly appreciating women.

It is never about following a person, for our eyes can deceive us. It is about learning to trust your own radar for truth, your ability to discern & surrender to the knowing we all hold deep inside. These are the teachings of Serge Benhayon, this is what he presents. This is why so many people love and listen to his presentations, because so many do not want to be followers, followers of the norm and/or others.
