Sarah Cloutier on Serge Benhayon
by Sarah Cloutier   |   Australia

When I lived in the UK, I would attend courses presented by Serge Benhayon. I would sometimes wake in the middle of the dark winter night and look up to the main building where a light would beam from a small window. I would go back to bed and always, without fail, I thought of Serge's relentless love for us, for humanity, and for me. When we were all sleeping, Serge was awake, writing books and courses, responding to emails from all over the world and simply being a true servant to humanity, and to me. His relentless love is evident in his every movement, word and breath.
My childhood was a minefield of abuse, so by the time I met Serge in Sydney in 2001, I was anxious, distressed and unable to connect to who I was. In fact, I had no idea who the real Sarah was at that point. Quite honestly, it's a miracle that I survived.
I always felt a strength and deep sweetness and sensitivity in me, but that felt like a flaw, a problem that needed to be fixed. With one healing session, Serge supported me to feel that I was equal to him. The grace and deep stillness of the Soul lives equally in me as it does in him, and everyone, should they choose to live within it's grace. I have always felt a pervading faith in humanity and Serge shows me, every single day, that that is a Truth - we are all equal in Love. In a broken world, Love is the only thing that makes sense to me.
Serge has always understood me, he sees me when sometimes I can't see myself. He is always there for me when I need him. Always. Serge has always loved, accepted and supported me unconditionally and with absolute equality and kindness.
Both my parents openly say "Thank God for Serge Benhayon", and so do I. They saw my path towards self-destruction and illness. Every single day is more harmonious because I know Serge. I now live a well-balanced, joyful, successful life with beautiful relationships. Every single day I appreciate his care for me - even typing this brings me to tears of gratitude and joy. Thank you Serge, thank you so much.

with love, Sarah

Sarah, I too could say the same things. Until I met Serge Benhayon I spent my life with my finger hovering over the self destruct button.

A response that I relate to Doug, as I do to Sarah's blog.
This man, Serge Benhayon, inspires me in a way I have never been inspired before. This is so because he has not asked to be anything other than the glory, beauty and richness of who I am.

Yes Rachel and Doug... I can say absolutely the same thing on all counts. In world that constantly asks us to be what we're not, Serge Benhayon has simply asked me to be all the gorgeousness I am. Inspiration and healing beyond measure.

Ditto to all that has been shared here. Before Serge Benhayon I knew no one who simply loved me and everyone else just as who we are. Asking nothing of us only showing that we can be who we are and no effort or trying is required nor demanded. In his presence there is a space that doesn't pull us to be anything but a space to just be and that absence of expectation is very tangible.

Yes, in Serge Benhayon's presence I can feel what pure grace is, where there is no pressure of expectation only forever expanding space. I get to feel divinity is not encroached upon; how it's my choice to let my worldly creations rule when actually I can drop them any moment I choose.

I cannot agree more here Rachel and Doug and all those below who has added to this comment. I have sent Serge a few emails now thanking him for the unconditional love that he continues to have for each and every one of us. It is truly amazing to feel his love and his love for all of humanity.

Hi Doug, my finger used to be always on the self-destruct button until I met Serge Benhayon. Every where I looked I saw and felt the irresponsibility of no one being love that I innately felt inside. I was so hurt by this I took it all on and now this lack of self-worth was choosing the same but I was doing it better. I became so identified by it I LOST MYSELF. Where did Rik go? It's like I reversed my strong commitment to me and what I know is best for me to absolute no commitment to my love and life. My life is now my responsibility. Thank you Serge for reflecting your unwavering love.

"My life is now my responsibility"....check. How many people has Serge Benhayon inspired to now live like this. Thousands.... In a world where blame is a strong modus of operandi, it is heartening to read and to witness people taking responsibility for their own lives.

Katerina Nikolaidis

Wow Rik, that's beautifully expressed and a way of elbowing through life that I can also relate to. Life would eep showing up to me everything i saw wrong it it -- hurtfulness, cruelty, a lack of love. And so I withdrew inwards into me and wanted to hide from life and from myself. Until i met Serge Benhayon who reflected back to me that the only true protection life is our love. Our only true protection is our tenderness and openness. This is what I live now, forever developing and deepening -- thanks to Serge Benhayon.

Stephanie Stevenson

Well said Rick - I can relate to what you say here. Serge Benhayon has inspired me and countless others to look at where blame was previously unrecognised or considered a normal way to live as did the majority of people to be behaving and expressing in the same way.
Ouch!
"My life is now my responsibility".

Gosh Doug yes, my feeling is I pressed this self destruct button in automatic-mode all over. As Sarah shared I had as well this feeling of being sweet but that 'the world' is not a good place for this part of me. But how can 'the world' become a more lovely place if I do not start to bring it? Serge Benhayon showed me that it is possible to live love - so no excuse anymore. Time to re-claim my power of love and enjoy every second of life.

This is so well said Sandra. We see that the world is not a good place, but rather than hold that understanding and with it, our sweetness, we start to obliterate ourselves.
It makes no sense, but so many of us do the same. Until of course we learn to stop, and take our finder away from the destruct button.
This was the prefect message and conversation for me to read this morning.

Sarah Cloutier writes that it brings a tear to her eye when she writes about her appreciation of Serge Benhayon and I feel the same way when I read her's and also these comments. How many of us had our finger on the self-destruction button (I know I did for sure!) and are now choosing to live much more loving lives. No longer choosing to hide from the world when they see it cruel and heartless, but choosing to be themselves and bring the love to the world which is so needs.

So true Sandra the time has ended for us to look for others who will step up and bring all them selves to the world. It starts with me and appreciating and sharing that sweetness and loveliness that I am in essence.

Bringing our qualities that we know we often hide from the world is revealed with understanding by Serge Benhayon. The holding back of these is what stops the world from feeling the true potential to return to our natural ability to live with harmony and joy with ourselves and others.

I agree Esther, for years I was looking for an answer to life knowing there was something far more than what I was living and seeing in others everyday. Serge Benhayon has not only reflected what I knew back to me but lives accordingly to this every single moment of every single day with such steadiness and consistency that when I waver or struggle by his way of living calls me to be more of who I am. This is, as Sarah has expressed, an absolute dedication from Serge to humanity.

Yes Christine, I remembered when Serge first spoke about loving all equally - I thought he was bananas! I mean surely you love your friends and family more than you love the man/woman on the street. But he doesn't, he has shown us all how to love equally by living it himself. How he expresses that love may differ, but the love is there equally. I am slowly getting it and now starting to bring that love equally to all as well. It takes so much judgement out of the picture. And I am not talking about emotional love - but the love of the Soul, a deep universal divine love. A love that holds us accountable to who we truly are.

Yes, Sarah - understanding the huge difference between emotional love and divine love has been an eye-opener! It shows the power of inspiration and how when we are met with true care and love, no matter where we've come from we can heal and change our lives. Serge Benhayon offered that to Sarah and she ran with it, and looking at her photo today is a testament to the joy she lives, so thank God for Serge Benhayon indeed, he's shown many of us that it's possible to live a fulfilled, committed loving life with joy and steadiness.

What you have expressed reminded me of his never ending care, love and support that he holds us all in. I can say that he has treated me in the same way. Always there for those who require his support, not just physically but also financially. This has been consistently his way for as long as I have known him (over 12 years). What I have paid Serge over the years in workshops and sessions does not even come close to what I have received from him. He is truly the real deal with nothing even close as the runner up! ‘Relentless love’ it is Judy – every day, without fail, without dropping into looking after ‘his own patch’ and keeping the rest of the world at bay… (as our societies seem so want to do). Words cannot fully describe the depth of the inspiration, and appreciation I have for Serge Benhayon also, but it’s most definitely worth letting it come through – for it is from the depths of our hearts that this appreciation comes. This is made more extraordinary when you consider what he has endured by way of the attacks from media and cyberabusers. At no stage did he stop in his "relentless love" for all people. At no point did he shut down, put up protective barriers or withdraw in hurt.
I am still amazed by this today, and that amazement and appreciation are washing over me as I type this comment.

No judgement. Zoe, just that is an enormous point in itself. How many of us can say the same in the absolute honesty of what that means?
I watch Serge in amazement and awe. His non judgement is far from nice, as some people might misinterpret that to be. He can be strict and very firm. But he always see who we are...and never holds our choices against us, even when they might be silly or compromising.
He is my dearest role model for how to live lovingly in a world so lacking in that in every way.

A very important point you bring here Rachel regarding not being 'nice'. Thanks to Serge Benhayon's presentations I was able to see with new eyes as to how manipulative, cloying, totally self-serving and imposing on another that being 'nice' actually is. Ouch with a shudder! It certainly has no part in evolution.

A beautiful testimony of a phenomenal man who is so "normal" and humble, tender and gentle, with not an ounce of arrogance or seeking power. His power is in the way he lives, the Way of the Livingness, with a hundred per cent responsibility for his choices in life and the way of service. He is nothing short of amazing in his absolute commitment to us all, unwavering in his dedication to bringing to humanity a way of living that is not only joyful and deeply caring of one another but is also evolving, returning all who "should they choose to live within it's grace" back to what is only inherently natural for human beings. My love for him expands everyday, and I too have tears in my eyes as I write this.

I was crying when I read "Serge has always understood me, he sees me when sometimes I can't see myself. He is always there for me when I need him. Always.". I cracked when I read the second 'Always'. Because it's True Sarah. Serge Benhayon's always there. And the quality of his service and dedication towards Humanity is beyond measure. And as a result you, me and thousands of people around the globe have chosen to start making more and more loving choices. For all my life I've hold a very strong belief that I have to do it on my own and that in the end I am lonely. Knowing Serge and many, many students breaks down this belief bit by bit. The Gratitude and Joy for His constant holding of Love are huge. As well as you're sharing Sarah, thank God for Serge Benhayon. What a beautiful testimony to read on Christ-mas Eve. To me Serge is reflecting the True 'version' of the Christ(mas).

How many people do we know in life that are there for us with such depth and ever understanding of the entirety of who we are… no judgement, no expectation, but an absoluteness and confirmation in love that is at once gobsmackingly powerful and inspiring, and deeply personal…? I know no other like Serge Benhayon Floris. And yet also, today find many others whose love grows in its own greatness, particularly inspired by this man. This is the way our world changes. It is astounding, and outstanding beyond measure to experience the power of such love in one’s lifetime.

My sentiments exactly Floris and everyone is picking up these words because they ring true
"Serge has always understood me, he sees me when sometimes I can't see myself. He is always there for me when I need him. Always."
Because of the love that Serge Benhayon holds me and everyone in I have been able to take responsibility for my life again, rather than playing the victim and blaming everyone and anyone for the choices I had made and wished I hadn't. Knowing Serge Benhayon has had a positive effect on my family, friends and work colleagues. Everyone benefits it's a bit like the ripples that expand out from the stone that's thrown in a pond.

It brings a tear to my eye for a few reasons as well Sarah. One because I know you and the thought of you not being in this world (or living it a quarter of the person that you are in this world) makes me sad as the world is so much less when you do that.

I am also appreciating - after your powerful words - on how much Serge Benhayon holds us all. The deep love that he holds for humanity and how tirelessly he works for us - there is no off switch for him.

The changes he has (and will continue to do) inspired around the world in people is phenomenal. Multitudes of studies should done on the Serge Benhayon effect. He is connecting us back to the light and grace of our Soul and showing us how to live the love that we are in a world that asks us not to.

Like you Sarah, I had no idea who the real me was, even though I often suspected it wasn't the exhausted, confused and forever searching woman that I was presenting to the world. But one day in February 2005 all that changed as I sat down in front of a man who began to remind me of all that I had forgotten, who reminded me of what love truly was, and that under all the layers of ideals and beliefs I had allowed to run my life there was an amazing and beautiful woman just bursting to be revealed. So like you, every day I say "Thank God for Serge Benhayon" and then I thank God for showing me the way to that seat, in that room, on that day; the day I finally returned home.

I, too, Jeanette was "the exhausted, confused and forever searching woman" until I met Serge. I remember being blown away by his books which set all the new age 'literature' I'd been wading through, sinking to the bottom in a soggy mess and as incredulous as I was, I knew I'd found someone who came from truth. Meeting him for a session became the priority and it was then I felt the truth of me as all the exhaustion, confusion and searching was felt and let go of. Feeling me and bring met equally was a profound experience that thanks to his relentless love has shown me the way to live it, without perfection but with a consistency that holds me solidly through each and every day. From not feeling at all safe to be the woman I am to now celebrating daily the wonder and joy of expressing myself as a woman, is testimony to the appreciation we all feel when it comes to Serge Benhayon. Serge Benhayon is a guiding light in whose company we are able to feel the warmth of our own. It is not we who are damaged, but the way of life we have thus far chosen as a humanity that doesn’t serve the Grandness of who we truly are. In any given moment, no matter how horrific it may seem at the time, we are only ever a single choice away from Love. And this love always chooses us, although we may not always choose it back. This one man has restored my faith that this is so and like you Sarah it is because he never ‘turns the tap off’ but is able to live this love consistently day in, day out, and with all equally so.

Yes Gyl not only is it true to say "there is not one person Serge loves or cares for more than any other in this world" but it is also true to say that I have never come across anyone with such a deep and consistent level of love, commitment and dedication to humanity, and an ability to take the level of care I did not even know was possible. Not a single person is considered less and left out of the equation. I remember ages ago he was offering advice to someone about a concert and the lyrics they were using. I heard his concern that there was a possibility that if there was even one person in the thousands crowd who might be a bit high or something, they could misunderstand the lyrics and be left confused and compromised as a result - he did not consider this an acceptable level of integrity from someone responsible for presenting the music. The musician he was speaking to subsequently took greater care in the clarity of their lyrics. I was in floods of tears feeling the depth of the level of care this interaction was teaching. There has been many such instances that have greatly deepened my understanding and appreciation of the level of responsibility we as humanity need to evolve to.

What you speak of Sarah, is exactly what humanity needs - the reference point that deep love is not only possible, but exists in a super-real and tangible form. This is what Serge Benhayon is here to bring to us all, a lived example of all the love and honouring we can equally be. Without this reference point, we can equally be lost, as you have correctly pointed out Sarah. What Serge further inspires in all of us, is that we can be this reference point for each other, until it is that we are all equal in the love we live and experience every day.

I can also say Sarah, that before meeting Serge I had absolutely no idea of who I was, how to trust, or any concept that life could be a different way. Serge Benhayon reminded me of who I am. His example and reference point serves as a constant, literally constant, inspiration for everyone. The love and dedication that Serge brings is world-changing, by pure fact that he reflects (as so many more now also do) that love exists, and this "deep stillness of the Soul" lives equally in us all.

It is incredible to consider the dedication Serge Benhayon is bringing to humanity, that constancy in service to others, supporting us all to be better versions of ourselves, more caring, more compassionate, more open to relationships and to living with purpose. It can never be underestimated the influence that one man can have, and Serge has shown that is within us all, that same potential to change peoples lives. Incredible Sarah how much was cut through in that one session with Serge Benhayon to be able to feel the immense love within. Also for me in that first session were key words, delivered with such enormous love and respect, that they have stayed with me and kept unlocking doors within that were tightly locked closed. I rejoice often that this is the power that we all come from and which Serge Benhayon has had the courage and immense love for humanity to stand up for and live his life in complete commitment to.

Dearest Sarah, this also bring tears of the deep appreciation and love i feel in you towards this most beautiful man Serge. It's like we are all pearls and Serge shows us the way to open that shell we are trapped in. This is priceless, there is nothing greater than this that can be given..Serge is here for us, not for him. Such a way can be very difficult to comprehend when most of us in truth are about what we can get for ourselves...even if its love. But as you, as I and many many others, have experience what Serge brings, and the finding of who we are, our true selves, our whole life changes. We become participants of life in love, no longer in reaction and victims of life.

Serge Benhayon has delivered the true gold on earth, that is to return to who we are are! What does that mean, it means we are so much more than who we think we are. We are powerful and loving, we are not our hurts, we are glorious, yet we live like we are so much less, like paupers on earth....competing with each other to be more, get more, we use each other rather than bring love and make it about us all, from who we are - our natural state. I can only write such words because they are true, i could not make this up because it would be a concept you could not make up or even think is possible, yet Serge Benhayon is showing us that there is another way with his unrelenting love for humanity. Yes such a man does exist!

Great testimonial Sarah and spot on. Serge's dedication to love is inspirational. There are so many - me included - who felt so hurt by the cruelty that had become 'normal' in the world that the self-destruct button was all too familiar. Yet Serge showed a dedication and consistency that inspired me to consider that I could do the same. He walked the talk of we can be the change we want to see in the world, and now I see for myself, it is not only a 'we can be the change' but 'we must be the change we want to see in the world.'

Before I met Serge I could not even bring myself to say the word God, having gone to a convent boarding school and had a false version of God rammed down my throat every which way. I knew deep inside this wasn't true and so rather than follow what was being presented I disconnected myself from God and religion because I knew it didn't feel like true love. I spent so much of my life hiding, from everyone and even from myself. I had so little confidence in myself, buried myself in books so I did not have to feel the mess I was in. I feel now that I was well on the way to dementia or something similar, I was certainly not living life, did not like myself at all. What I find so amazing about what Serge Benhayon presents is the way so many people whose childhoods have been a 'minefield of abuse' have been able to recognise the hurt and deal with it a way that they are no longer identified by it; it is an experience they had and have learned from, and moved on from - many are now living with such love they will never be abused or abuse another in any way. They are inspiring us all.

Well said, Carmel – this way of healing past hurts as presented by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine Therapies goes far, far deeper than what is commonly available mainstream, goes right to the root of it all. And the result? No need to be identified or recognised for what 'has happened to us', no need to blackmail others with it, no desire to garner sympathy or special favours. It is not that Serge just presents what he presents. It is that he lives what he presents, and because he lives it, he lives quite a remarkable life. What is not often reported is the fact how little sleep he actually requires and yet is never moody, always consistent, and always deeply open to others. What is not often reported is how he manages what is by anyone's standard a huge workload - in terms of the business he runs, and the family he raises, but also in the way he offers tireless support to not only his direct clients but thousands of people who seek out his advise in life. Serge Benhayons life will be studied when the world is ready to accept just how amazing it is, or when people feel just how needed it is....we have to ask why most of us need caffeine to be able to get up in the morning, while this guy sleeps very little and works round the clock and is fuelled by nothing external at all...

I was moved by so many things you wrote and one of them was “I always felt a strength and deep sweetness and sensitivity in me, but that felt like a flaw, a problem that needed to be fixed.” When most of life clearly goes against our natural essence the awareness we have inside, it is so easy to start dismissing and assuming as ‘wrong’ those internal truths that would otherwise be honoured and cherished. Thank God for people like Serge Benhayon who have throughout history stood so firm in the inner knowing of their Soul and have taught the rest of us to honour and cherish the truth of who we are once again

Sarah has allowed herself to discover the sweetness that she is, without sweeping it aside like some kind of weakness. And all it took really, was for someone like Serge Benhayon to see that sweetness in her too, imagine if we all did that for eachother? How different this world would be.

Some of the changes I have made over the last ten years since first meeting Serge Benhayon have been dramatic - I refined my diet and eliminated many foods that did not bring harmony to my body, with the result that, instead of being obese, I am now slim and at my natural body weight. That change is obvious when you look at the before and after photos. But it hasn't been just about losing weight - my whole attitude to life has changed - instead of allowing myself to be a victim of circumstance, I accept full responsibility for everything that happens in my life. This has affected how I am at work, at home and in all my relationships. Serge presents what he lives and it is up to us to use him as a role model or not. For me the changes have been simple - for others they can be more challenging, but the results are well worth any effort. Nothing is dogma, there are no rules, only choices and Serge Benhayon is simply showing us the way - the Way of the Livingness.

Is is a sad fact in society that we are more comfortable with dragging others down than we are with appreciating another for all that they bring. Society is so constrained by the force of comparison in this regard. What a different world it would be if we truly learnt to appreciate ourselves and others for who they are.

It really is quite nonsensical the way we choose to spur lack of respect for ourselves and one another on. It's like groundhog day for society, where we just go round and round unwilling to commit to truth and then have endless discussions about the latest disaster and question why this is happening to us.

I am constantly inspired by how Serge Benhayon sees the greatness in us all as it is from this point that where we are always met. Being met in this way, not by what we do but for who we truly are, invited me to consider that I was more than what I have given in to believe. I was searching for a universal love that encompassed all and I knew that I would know what it would feel like when I came across it. It was through the presentations of Serge Benhayon that asked me to consider that this Love is within us all. That the connection to our Soul is where we will find all that we are looking as this is who we are. And from developing this connection to with myself, my Soul, I have begun to return to live a life with much more fullness, grace and joy. Yes I whole-heartedly agree thank God for Serge Benhayon.

The other day I was reflecting on people or 'practitioners' I used to see in order for me to clear issues I had about myself and help me move forward within my live to who I knew I truly was but not living. With these people I saw I realised two things. I held them in a space that they knew more than me, that they had access to a magic or love I did not and that they could 'heal' me. Secondly in all the people I saw (and I saw a lot!) nothing really changed .. in fact if I am really honest it actually got worse! And I grew further away from me than where I was at. Then there was Serge Benhayon. A person that when I first saw him present blew all the other people I had seen out of the water in not only what he was presenting and saying but him himself. I knew this man was connected to Truth. However, Serge Benhayon has never held himself more or less than any another and the really important part is he is actually dedicating his life to help others reconnect to their truth, love, wisdom, healing, joy and magic. This is the difference, and has been tangibly seen not only in my life but thousands of others. I am now more connected to me than I have ever been (although there is always forever deepening layers), I have more joy in my life, and my life has had a huge turnaround which is truly amazing. There is still more to do but because of Serge Benhayon i have a true and clear understanding of what true Evolution really is and how to live this. So yes I agree Thanks God for Serge Benhayon.

This is true, Vicky, that we can give our power away to practitioners assuming they know more than us and this not the case with Serge Benhayon and all the Universal Medicine practitioners. With them we are always treated as equals and encouraged to find our own answers, to feel deep within and reconnect with our own inner wisdom.

Beautiful words Sarah. Serge has inspired you to come back to you. You chose that, you chose to make new choices with his support. I think it's easy for somebody to misconstrue the story you are telling here and assume that you are saying Serge saved you, however what's really being told here, is that you met someone who didn't judge you, who reflected a real possibility of the choices you could make for yourself if you wanted to. And with that reflection, you took the opportunity and look at you now. Amazing.

I always find it intersting when people find it odd that you say you happily "follow" or are inspired by someone. Every human being follows something, or is inspired by something. Some people are inspired by a mythical figure they never met. Some are inspired by Kim Kardashian, or their local football team. Others are inspired by famous criminals. I just happen to be inspired by an exrta-ordinarily ordinary man and the way he lives.

Yes Adam, it's as though it gets a bit close to home, and yet there is no issue with being inspired by all and sundry otherwise, even as you say... famous criminals. It just goes to show we all feel and know everything, but choose whether our inspiration is to 'better ourselves' or whether it is to evolve, deepening the relationship to who we really are and our expression of that. Serge Benhayon definitely offers the latter.

This is forever the support I feel from Serge Benhayon, that has allowed me to support others with this also. Amelia true right from day one I noticed the profoundness of the way Serge Benhayon related to every single person equally with the deepest level of love. The honouring, tenderness and care was astonishing for me. It did not seem to matter the slightest if people conducted themselves in similar manner, if they were self-negating and merged in the background, or if they displayed agitation, hostility and rudeness. I witnessed how when held with this level of love every single person blossoms and starts to show the beauty of their true self more and more. I have been one of the self-negating ones and words can not express the level of healing, self-acceptance, trust in humanity and empowerment this level of consistent love has offered.
It is a true blessing that hundreds of individuals are inspired to build the same level of love in their lives and express it to the world. Indeed "the power of knowing our innate love, and living it cannot be underestimated or indeed fathomed at times." Thank you Serge Benhayon for offering such a powerful consistent reflection love.

I have heard him present over and over again, with incredible patience, simple ways we can adjust how we are living, relating, eating, sleeping, feeling . . . and eventually the penny drops and I get it, first in my head, so I can ponder on it, and then into my body so that I can live it and eventually make it a consistent way of being. Having great love for this man, Serge Benhayon, is something that has at times perplexed me, because we see eachother rarely, do not talk on the phone or share meals together. So how can I be so appreciative of him, and even say that I love him? I feel that it is because in each moment we meet he brings everything and in that moment I can see how eternal we are. Time becomes irrelevant and only space and quality of chosen energy matters. I can spend a day with Serge amongst a group of over 200 people and feel like we have an intimacy of relationship rarely seen or experienced, and this intimacy extends to the whole group, where even though I may not speak to every single person, I can feel a closeness and a bond with everyone that is otherworldly - that is - it goes beyond the singular confines of physical earth life.

I have noticed the last few day (actually if I am honest more than a few days!!!) in how if I get really busy with loads of things to do I go into overwhelm. Serge Benhayon has a hundred million things more that he does than me, not once does he complain and not once ever have I seen him in overwhelm. Quite astounding and living proof of what he presents in that how we live, the way we live including the quality we live in affects everything. It either supports us if loving or we go into stress and overwhelm if how we are living is not loving and honouring ourselves and others.

I know that reconnecting with my sensitivity, awareness, fragility and tenderness is a true strength, in this world we often get the message that if we feel, we are weak. I knew this message and had begun attempting to numb and block my feelings. Serge Benhayon was the first person who simply saw me for who I am – because he knows who he is – and from that place held me accountable: not to foster feeling hopeless but to stand up tall and begin to truly live again. Mostly because there are no words that can go to such depths, and also because of fear that I will be considered a weak follower. however, the truth is that I was a mess before i met him. My life was heading down a dark path that i could not escape from, no matter how hard I tried. Serge did not save me, I have saved myself, but what he did do was to introduce to me the value of self-love, that I am worth saving. For this I am eternally grateful and I know that each day that I live with love is my way of expressing that gratitude back to him.

What I find inspiring is his amazing presence and patience - he is consistently presenting the same message over and over, in different ways, just going deeper and deeper as we evolve. Some of us get it and some resist, but we are not judged, simply loved, because he can feel the beautiful essence of who we are - even if we can't - and in time we will too.

Sarah you express so beautifully what I also feel. Meeting Serge Benhayon changed my life forever. I did not know how broken I was when I first met him, just that my life wasn't working and I was on a constant path of seeking 'the answer'. Gradually as I attended the courses I began to accept that the answers are all inside of me. The guiding light that Serge untiringly (and with great patience) shines is pure Gold and I appreciate every minute of my life since we met. I have been fortunate indeed to witness true love in action, bringing hope, and forging a practical way forward in this 'broken world'.

I loved reading this Sarah and how your life has done a 360 since meeting Serge Benhayon and rekindling who you truly are. I could very much relate to the not even knowing who I was... in any part of my life. When I had my first session with Serge, I lived with anxiety 24/7, held pretty well everything in and if it did come out it came out in one big explosion. I have never been more expressive, open and honest as I am now, all thanks to the unwavering love and support over 8+ years from Serge, and Universal Medicine.

Sarah, it was gorgeous to feel your deep appreciation of the love Serge Benhayon holds you and all of humanity in. I loved what you wrote about how Serge sees the real you when you can't see yourself. I feel most people are unable to see the real person they are. We often become the person our experiences shape us to be but lose sight of our essence. This is what Serge sees first and foremost and reminds us of this just in the way he relates with us. Yes he can see the false layers we accumulate and sometimes identify with as who we are, but he reminds us these are just superficial layers over the magnificence of our essence.

Many of us have lost the innocent connection to themselves, be it because of abuse, trauma or simply because of everyday life with its self-neglecting demands. Serge Benhayon is an anchor for so many to reconnect to themselves and this is worth stopping for and appreciating: the connection is always to oneself, not to a set of concepts or to Serge as a teacher.

'Serge has always understood me, he sees me when sometimes I can't see myself. He is always there for me when I need him. Always.' - This statement is so true - in my times of struggle where I can no longer see myself as anything but the bad choices I may have made, it has always been Serge who unfailingly sees me as the love and beautiful person I am. Words cannot describe what it feels like when you feel like a mess, but there is one person who sees the mess, but doesn't identify you with it and instead sees who you really are first. He has never not been there for me, my friends and family - he really is amazing in the support he offers people and yet he is so humble - if he had any airs or graces or arrogance, he would not do all that he does for it is his love of humanity and his humbleness that makes him so accessible to anyone who needs him.

What gift do you give a man that wants for nothing yet gives everything he has to others and never once holds back on Love, Truth or sharing something specific to someone that needs to hear it just at that precise moment in order to support a healing for them. The gift is by being all the love that we are, not holding back our Love or Truth in order to hold and supporting others so they can be all they are. Ultimately we are all one, this is continual work in progress for me but I am inspired to no end of Serge Benhayon his Love and what he lives consistently every moment which is making it about the all and bringing it back to Love and Truth. Serge leads the way in learning to live fully committed to humanity and in doing so, to each and every person who he meets and he writes or presents for or heals in sessions. Aside from his writing (7 books plus and more on the way), he answers hundreds of emails a day, has a day job, helps to look after his family and grand kids and supports countless other community projects world wide. I have never met anyone with such a work ethic or commitment to life and what is even more magical is that Serge never carries this around like a dead weight, so many people are completely un-aware of the immensity of his work load or level of responsibility he carries when they meet him. I was reflecting on this only this morning when I was with my mum in how much I have changed and my life has changed to a really beautifull place from where I once was .. I know my mum and dad can feel and see the difference in me and the loving, joyfull and purposeful woman I am today. I love what you have shared here 'The grace and deep stillness of the Soul lives equally in me as it does in him, and everyone, should they choose to live within it's grace.' It is but a choice .. a constant choice. I have just attended The Livingness 1 and 2 workshops in the UK held by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine and observed and appreciated a deeper beauty, stillness, love and grace within Serge and that which he lives. This was felt just in a passing by with no words or looks, just him being with him. It was also a great reminder in how we do not need to speak with each other for a quality of life to be felt; and how are bodies energetically communicate with each other just in passing by giving another a marker of what they can choose to live to.

Like you it was very comforting to see he was there and very inspiring to feel his relentless work for humanity. The light in the window to me is symbolic to the beacon of light that Serge is, to me, to the student body and to humanity. A star that shines so bright, and never shimmers.

In my first session with Serge I remember feeling his love for me and how at that time he loved me more then I loved myself. At times I found it hard to accept this love and look for reasons why he would or would not love me, but Serge's love does not come from reasoning, it is his lived quality and in that depth of love he holds each and every person equally so.

The greatest gift that Serge Benhayon has given to me and so many others is not salvation, but the means to save ourselves through our own choices and loving ourselves. That is a priceless gift that is beyond measure that is free to all who choose it.

I sit here and read this blog Sarah and every single word is so True. Serge Benhayon is extraordinary in the way he has dedicated his life to supporting humanity to feel that underneath all the dismay and dis-harmony we are all equally tender, caring and loving. That there is a natural vibration of Love that is our core being which is so harmonious and exquisite when connected to the only thing that matters is living this Love. To have Serge relentlessly here reminding, inspiring and sharing the Truth is with every piece of Gold in the world and more.

What Serge lives for is the Divine purpose of God on earth, showing us all that we are equal Sons of Gods. This Love that we originate from has been long forgotten and Serge is showing us that it is absolutely there and possible to connect to. That it is a simple choice to Be All the Love that we Are. I would have thought this was all blah blah blah but the minute I meet Serge and started to hear the Ageless Wisdom that he teaches I instantly felt and knew the truth of it. There is more to life than our physical forms and I have known this my whole life, Serge has made it make sense, practical and an absolute Joy to return to the known truth of Love.

Serge Benhayon asks us all to live in a way that is responsible to everything around us. And this makes sense to me, having spent most of my life trying to take care of just me and those closest to me this wasn't working. By shifting my focus and sorting myself out which meant being less hard on myself and stopping the self destructive behaviours I am actual able to be more supportive to my friends and family because I am much more steady in the way I behave. None of this would have been remotely possible if it wasn't for the presentations and workshops of Serge Benhayon. He presents a way of life that is so worth living.

Beautiful Sarah, he is an absolute inspiration and his love in his work and being is absolute 100% real. If I did not met Serge Benhayon I would have been an very lost person with no purpose in life - stemming and continuing the utter self-abuse that I was living within my own life. Since meeting Serge this has all got an amazing turn - I felt something different , a different course - and this brought purpose back in my life - love for myself and all others equally so. Since then I am on a path and there is no return to the past - only back to endless love. So thank you Serge Benhayon for every single time you showed different - that love can be lived.

"Serge has always understood me, he sees me when sometimes I can't see myself." This is a beautiful way of describing how it feels to be supported by Serge Benhayon. This connection that he has with everyone, that is to see and relate to you from who you truly are and not from what you do (good or bad), is forever there. This does not mean he tolerates unloving behaviour, in fact it is the complete opposite. It is this knowing that he will always speak the truth whatever that is to support you is the foundation for the trust that all have in him.

I totally second the 'thank god for Serge Benhayon' for without him, what life would I have grown up to live? His consistent love and support has enabled me to change the path i was otherwise headed down - one where i would be sucked into every loveless relationship offered, where my power would remain always in the hands of another and I would be so lost. But thanks to him, with no perfect, I am instead an empowered woman, who is not lost but in fact leading the way.

Life can seem complicated and confusing, with hurts that go deep and seem like they won't go away. All of this can pile up and up until it is an insurmountable task to move them out of the way, so we can become buried under thier weight and sadness, making life a misery.
When Serge Benhayon however, or any other true Student of the Way of The Livingness steps in to your life, there is the light of inspiration there for you to see. This light is not something that is given to you, it is inspiring because it is you. Sarah was here able to transform her life because Serge presented to her who she truly is, and to her enormous credit - she was ready to see it. This is the gift we can always give to ourselves - the power to see who we truly are.

I notice that I can not yet let all the love in Serge is living. To let in all his love is like a proces for me as have to deeply accept that all I did wrong many lives is oke. That i can let go and enjoy the love again which is available for me and for all of us. It is who I am too which I was avoiding for soooo long to feel so didn't need to live from that level of responsibility. Every year I meet Serge I can let in his love more and that shows me that I opened to let people/love in. That is so great and so naturally who we are.

'Serge has always loved, accepted and supported me unconditionally and with absolute equality and kindness.' This is a very beautiful expression of gratitude to a man who works tirelessly for humanity. The impact he has on the people he meets is very clear, there is that loving acceptance, and more. He see's the potential in us all, and conveys it in his every movement. He see's us as who we are, not for the opposites of us we create and make dominant. He see's the fragility and sweetness and also see's the power within us, the equality we are. That is the delight and joy of meeting him and the support that is on offer here.

'A true servant of humanity' - not something that is said of most people! Why are we all not true servants of humanity? Because we make life all about ourselves and our needs wants and wishes, plain and simple really. Yet what Serge Benhayon presents is that any one can live like he does - anyone at all. No special skills or talents - just livingness.

Sarah - you talk about Serge Benhayon as a true servant to humanity. Lets explore this - a few years ago that phrase would have freaked me out, as i am sure it still does for some people. It seems we are afraid of the reflection that statement makes ie. if it is possible for one man to do this so easily, then why am I holding back? To truly serve humanity is what I know Serge to have been doing since I met him 13 odd years ago. And it is not tiring or weird - it is actually a gift to every single person who meets Serge. It gives a reflection of getting self out the way and supporting others. To me that is absolute love.

Serge Benhayon is a shining light for sharing what true Love is, I will never forget my first experience of meeting Serge and from the day forth I have had a true marker of what True Love is. I have a saying I'm not sure where it came from but since I was a Teenager I would say that
" Man knows no bounds in his inhumanity towards man"
And because I felt this as an onslaught I withdrew into myself. Serge Benhayon by showing me his inexhaustible love of me and all those around him stretching out to all of humanity has helped me to heal the feelings of hopelessness, that man would never stop hurting or abusing each other. The way to stop this is for me to love and cherish myself and this has a knock on effect to all others that come into contact with me. They can feel the way I live is nourishing the body and I know that my friends and family are so inspired that they too have taken steps to look after themselves more. This is how we can change the world. Not by protesting or marching in the streets but by taking care and respecting ourselves above all else.

How many women feel their sweetness or sensitivity is a floor? I would say quite a lot! 'I always felt a strength and deep sweetness and sensitivity in me, but that felt like a flaw, a problem that needed to be fixed. With one healing session, Serge supported me to feel that I was equal to him. The grace and deep stillness of the Soul lives equally in me as it does in him, and everyone, should they choose to live within it's grace.' I have never been taught in my life to truly honour what I felt, to care for myself with such love or to appreciate who I truly am until I met Serge Benhayon. Ever so slowly the love for myself and my relationship with me started to unfold, there is a deep stillness within my body that feels like and is home when I allow myself to go there. This is the same for all women young or old and men equally so. In a world that seems to increase in the amount of abuse, lovelessness, greed, corruption and illnesses it has I say Thank God for Serge Benhayon too ✨ in turn I can now help others to honour and appreciate all who they are 💕

Since finding 'The Way of the Livingness' and all that was coming through Serge Benhayon for Humanity my life has also changed. 'Self Destruction' can take the form of separating so far from who we truly are, so far into the dictates of society and 'goodness' as espoused by organised religion that we are lost to the truth of our own divinity. Serge has re-connected many back to their own divinity and love and I am one of those people. The choices I make now come from my heart and are made in Love and not the emptiness that I used to live in. Today I say thank you for Serge Benhayon and the livingness he reflects to humanity everyday.

It is phenomenal to read how in just one session you were able to feel your equality with Serge Benhayon. This is so rare as most practitioners I have ever encountered do tend to hold themselves to some degree as mightier due to their accumulated knowledge, leaving the client potentially feeling somewhat trapped in a dependant relationship for the practitioner to continue to feel valued. The fact that you did not experience this goes to further show Serge’s love for people in that he would never place himself as more or grater than another person, always allowing for true love to be present should it be chosen and accepted.

Beautifully said Sarah, a relentless love, that is exactly what Serge has for all of us, and he meets everyone in a way that says no matter where you are, you are an equal and you are love. And it restores trust in ourselves and others, and it says we are not broken, we just need to choose the love in us, and Serge offers us a shining light in how he lives that says you can live this too.

Gorgeous to feel your appreciation for Serge Sarah, I remember when you were in the UK you would always say how much you loved and appreciated him. .My self destruct button was not so obvious, it was a giving up and giving into a world that I knew was not right and my way to deal with this was to compromise in every way possible to make my life comfortable. So when I met Serge I did not immediately see and appreciate the enormity of what was before me, and the arrogance of my spirit took a while to shift. Serge truly is a beautiful man that has supported me and never judged me when the arrogance I carried showed it's ugly side, un-lovingly and uncaringly and very dismissive.

Beautiful Sarah, showing us a great example of how Serge Benhayon has an understanding for people, no matter what they choose or have chosen - he understands and allows the person to be absolutely everything he or she is.. Serge has shown me and many others respect and understanding in moments that I was unable or unwilling to give this understanding and or respect to myself. Realizing now that when we do not accept - we can get very destructive of what is actually love. So, now knowing that.. I know it is time for some more self-value and respecting myself of where I am at and when I drop the ball - to hold understanding whatshowever.

So true Sarah, not only that Serge Benhayon has brought an understanding to God that through my previous experience with religion I had never experienced. I got to a point that what every I did turn my hand to it didn't feel right. The minute I walked into the room of the first time I met Serge I instantly knew something was different. From that moment sense and connecting to my body and what I feel it is with out a shadow of a doubt that what Serge presents is Godly in every way which comes from a lived expression no matter what.

Serge Benhayon is a godsend as through the way he lives I too now have come to know that there is a very tangible way we can all live this, together. What a very sweet piece of writing that shows the level, depth and consistency of support that is available to us all if we choose. To have this confirmed by those close to us is always great to see and speaks volumes of the 'work' that is being done in this way. To see people of this quality return to life in this way is not only touching but shows us all that no matter where you stand or what you stand in there is always a point to choose to bring yourself out and when that choice is made the support that comes next is heartening.

I always find it amazing to hear about people's pasts. To know them now as vibrant, joyful and full of life and discover that once upon a time this was far from how things were. In the world, people often learn to deal with, manage and cope with past hurts or situations, but it has not been since coming to Universal Medicine have I met so many people who are actually free of their past.

Sarah to have so many people write such amazing things based on the healing and transformation that has taken place in their lives since meeting Serge confirms to me that their is something very special about him. What is unique is that Serge however makes nothing about him but a quality in the way that he lives that we can all live and in that the real magic happens for there is nothing that Serge fixes for anyone, yet everything that Serge inspires in us to heal and transforms our lives and then in that process ripple and reflect that transformation for all others to do the same with.

The cruelty of this world is a harsh reality that so many of us experience, be it in many different ways, at some point there is often the realisation that all of the sensitivity and sweetness that was there as a child is not so welcome in the adult world. But when Serge Benhayon presents, he makes it clear that it is possible to be a responsible fully engaged with life adult and still remain sweet, sensitive, silly and playful, openly loving and generous - that all of the cruelty does not have to own us, it can be as it is but we do not have to pay homage to it, it cannot have our hearts if we do not let it.

I love the fact that Serge Benhayon's presentations remind us that we can "remain sweet, sensitive, silly and playful, openly loving and generous" regardless of what is happening in around us.
This wonderful reminder and confirming reflection that no incident and no hurt is ever bigger than the love and truth flowing through our essence, and that no drama can ever touch this innermost part of us, is a huge gift offering us the key to start observing and healing the layers that we have piled on our otherwise natural and innate open, wise and loving expression.

'I always felt a strength and deep sweetness and sensitivity in me, but that felt like a flaw, a problem that needed to be fixed.' It's interesting to look at how our natural qualities as girls and women doesn't fit in very well with the standards from our society. It seems like we have to be strong, have it all, be perfect, tick the boxes to be the best in everything...But this approach to life exhausted me and didn't feel right once I started to question it. Thanks to receive regularly Sacred Esoteric Healing sessions and working with Universal Medicine I could develop a closer relationship with my body, then I could realize how buried my delicateness was and how amazing felt for the very first time allowing it to be expressed. There is not a ounce of weakness for being sensitive, vulnerable or sweet but a strenght and clarity that holds me deeply in my life. When I allow these qualities out I can feel very joyful and truly beautiful inside. A delicious state of contentment within.

Heartfelt in what you have shared Sarah and I know exactly what you mean as I have known Serge for gosh 14/15 years now and how every word you say about him is true particularly 'His relentless love is evident in his every movement, word and breath'. Serge has and continues to teach me many things over the years, the things that really have stood out for me though are how he treats every person equally and holds every person in love, the word that comes to me is here is unwavering love as he has also shown an absolute consistency (no up no down despite all he has gone through) as well as this the importance of integrity and if we want things to change in the world we start with us with our everyday actions and movements. I could write so much more here. The other thing that really stood out for me in your writing was 'The grace and deep stillness of the Soul lives equally in me as it does in him, and everyone, should they choose to live within it's grace.' This is one thing for the world to definitely remember and know and of course for us to come back to.
